An exceptional holiday home to make lifelong memories with your favourite people
Golwg y Lan is an exceptional house, where you can gather your favourite people and make memories that will last a lifetime. The house itself is built upside down, meaning the living space is a huge open plan 1st floor room with incredible views across Newport Bay to the front, and to the rear floor to ceiling glass brings the outside in. The doors can be thrown open in the summer months to the raised decking and patio area, and beyond that the lawn.
The kitchen and dining space is thoughtful and well equipped, with a walk in pantry and plenty of space. The open plan nature of the kitchen and dining space that flow seamlessly between the garden and the living area.
The ground floor is all about luxury and comfort, the master suite has a sumptuous super king bed, cosy sofa space and huge ensuite with fabulous walk in shower and freestanding bath. The second bedroom has a super comfy king size bed, and a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is a great twin bedroom, perfect for older children and is opposite the double bunk room which is a cosy space for the younger members of the family.
On the ground floor there is also a beautiful family bathroom, with a deep freestanding bath & walk in shower. Separately there is also a wonderful laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer plus plenty of hanging space which is fabulous after a day at the beach and getting those wetsuits dry.
