The property was perfect for our group of three couples. Plenty of living space and bedrooms/ bathrooms. The outdoor spaces were also enjoyed with a couple of outdoor dinners and plenty of use of the pool.

A beautiful large property! My family of 6 people had plenty of space. Bedrooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Common space was large and the kitchen was great. The kids had a blast in the pool. The location was very convenient for wine tasting and other Rioja activities. There is even a lovely playground for the kids just down the street. Thank you for having us!

We had an enjoyable week here. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. There is a small pretty garden with a nice swimming pool although it is unheated. There was an underground garage where we could park our car, which was very useful. There isn't any air conditioning but there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which worked fine. Lots of pretty towns and villages nearby to visit,Great communication with the Host and Judith was very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend.Thank you.

What an amazing place to stay

We had such a fantastic week at Kiso411. The villa is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing and perfect for our teenage children. We visited in August and the weather was hot, 30 degrees, but there was a cool breeze that meant that it was never too hot. We visited a number of great towns in the area and also loved the Taverna in Olluria, which was an easy walk from the villa. This is the ideal family villa in a truly beautiful part of Spain. I can't recommend it enough.

Lovely, very spacious holiday home

Lovely and very spacious house. Everything is almost new and looks just like the pictures. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Spacious garden with BBQ and beautiful swimming pool. The only small downside was that it is not heated (we were there in spring). Very friendly and personal welcome. Also responded very quickly to messages. The house is centrally located and offers many opportunities for fun excursions.

Family vacation in La Rioja

Property was located in a beautiful town in the Rioja region. Modern, clean property with a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool & grass area out back. Checkin and communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. Our only downside was the property states it has air conditioning which was a single standalone AC located on the bottom floor and did not cool the upstairs where all the bedrooms are located. It was very hot at night and no fans which made it uncomfortable in 40+ temperature. Overall a great stay and we would recommend. Diane and family

peaceful place

We stayed here during the area's very hot days and nights this year. The listing includes air conditioning - but there isn't any. The pool is a real help. The shaded area behind the house was great in morning and evening. All was very clean. There is WiFi but it wasn't very stable (not good enough to work with). Kitchen equipment had all essentials. There is an internet connected projector and large screen but it only has Spanish TV channels. The village is quiet and peaceful as is the area around the house.

Thank you very much for the stay and for the comment. We are very happy that you enjoyed our place and we look forward to seeing you in the future. Indeed Kiso is a quiet and cool place, in the advertisement we specify that the air conditioning is portable, to reinforce the freshness in a timely manner, like the week in which you stayed. Regarding the issue of the internet signal, we have a Wi-Fi booster system so that it reaches the entire house because it is large, if you had a signal failure, we are very sorry, we will work to ensure that it does not happen again. Very affectionate greetings and thank you very much for everything, this is your home in La Rioja. I would like to highlight your politeness and kindness in the conversations we have had. A cordial greeting.
