Great spot with everything we needed for our Viennese Christmas! Katharina was very patient and excellent with communication not to mention very accommodating. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Kitchen area was suitable for our stay. Coffee maker and Kettle were in good working order. Washer and dryer were in good condition. Fridge was a bit small for our group(6 adults) close to transit system.

The location of the apartment is ok, just outside the main Vienna ring. However, there was a lot of grafiti around the apartment complex and a strip bar around the corner. My entire party did not feel safe walking around; we had our 81 y/o mother with us and we couldn't see us coming back in the metro/train and walking to the condo. The inside of the apartment was "meh", I would rate it as a 5/10, very basic worn out furniture. Bathrooms were renovated, so those were ok. Space was good for three bedrooms. This would be good if you want the most basic accommodations; we were expecting something a bit more upscale, so it's always important to gauge your expectations. We ended up not staying there. Tried to negotiate with the owner, but they would not give me a refund. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us.

Great Place

Check in was very easy and it was a great setup for a group of friends with a shower in each room. Was displeased with the checkout as I was charged for breaking a lamp that I know we did not break.

Short stay in Vienna

We only needed an overnight stay as we were travelling back from the Czech Republic.There were 6 of us so it was good to have 3 showers & 2 toilets. Nice and close to the station for easy access to the centre or airport.Cafes nearby for breakfast.Good communication with the owner.Vienna is a lovely city to explore.Perfect for our needs.Thank you.

30 year reunion of Salzburg School friends

Four friends meeting again in Vienna and remembering the fun we had together 30 years ago. The location was very good for taking public transportation and seeing all the sights of Vienna. The apartment was adequate for four friends, we had breakfast in and the kitchen was adequate for that purpose. The apartment was very cold for our late May stay as we had no way to turn on heater.

Escape to Vienna

Everything would have been pretty good except that we did not have any communication with the host. We found out afterwards that they don't communicate on sundays or holidays, which I think is not good. This is by far, not my first VRBO, but I would not recommend staying here. we were a booked to stay there again in a couple of days, but we decided to cancel the reservation and lose the money because it was worth it to move to a better place.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat zwar null Ausblick!!!, aber in der dunkleren Zeit ist das zu verschmerzen, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist. Sauber günstig, zweckmäßig und gut gelegen. Das Viertel ist sehr nett mit guten Lokalen.

Zentrumsnahe Bleibe

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig in Nähe des Zentrums von Wien und ist durch die nahe U-/S-Bahn-Station sehr gut für Ausflüge zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten geeignet.Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Wohnung, die Beschreibung weicht allerdings vom vorgefundenen Zustand erheblich ab. Die lediglich 2 kleinen und 2 großen (teilweise angeschlagenen) Tassen in einer Wohnung für eigentlich 6 Personen, lediglich 1 brauchbarer Topf, nicht vorhandene Kaffeelöffel und fehlende Geschirrtücher entsprechen keinesfalls der inserierten voll ausgestatteten Küche. Schränke oder Regale zum Einsortieren von Wäsche gab es lediglich in einem der 3 Schlafzimmer, was bei gewünschten Langzeit-Mietern eigentlich Grundaustattung sein sollte. Zum Glück waren wir statt der geplanten 5 nur 4 Gäste, sodass wir ein Zimmer als Koffer-Lager für unsere Kleidung nutzen konnten. Die fehlenden Fenster in der Lokalität eines ehemaligen Geschäfts waren ebenfalls unerwartet und ungewöhnlich…Die Wohnung ist als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit geeignet, bot uns aber leider keine Wohlfühl-Momente. Dies wurde durch die fehlende Regulierbarkeit der Heizkörper mit deutlich zu niedriger Raumtemperatur unter 20 Grad noch verstärkt.Eine Sanierung sowie Erneuerung der abgewohnten und teilweise defekten Gegenstände würden der Wohnung sehr gut tun!
