Our houses have been built, in 2012 and renovated in 2022. The villa has every comfort including Airconditioning. Wifi Internet access and dedicated parking. The beds of both rooms can be set up as double beds or single beds.
IMPORTANT: to the rental that is calculated directly by HomeAway you have to add 40 Euro a Day for the fees (electricity, water, gas, garbage service, gardening, whirlpool, tax etc). Those fees together with the final cleaning of 140 Euro and eventual cost of linen must be paid upon arrival.
The villa is part of a group of 6 houses (townhouses) halfway up the hill 188 m from the seafront with a breath-taking sea view from Capo Comino until the Island of Tavolara
The residential area of exclusively private owners is very calm, far from any noise and confusion, some few meters from the rocky coast with little stone creeks idea for snorkelling and fishing. The two still sandy relatively wild beaches are in walking distance 3 and 10 minutes away. The owners speak English.
The villa is handed over after an accurate cleaning with disinfectant, in the cleaning protocol are included also handles, switches, remote control, air-conditioning. The beds are disinfected with an ultraviolet cleaner that also eliminates mites. Disinfectant for surfaces and antibacterial soap is at your disposal.

Esperienza fantastica

Appartamento molto carino, organizzato alla perfezione. Vista splendida sulla costa, vicino a spiagge bellissime. Le cene nel patio vista mare non le dimenticheremo facilmente.. Heidi e Franco disponibilissimi ben oltre il loro ruolo di host. Una vacanza che mi sento davvero di consigliarla

Entspannter Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Heidi und Franco sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Kontakt war problemlos und schnell und es wurde uns immer geholfen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist großartig und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Die nächsten Geschäfte sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, weshalb ein Mietwagen unumgänglich ist. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Unterkunft für ortsübliche Verhältnisse modern eingerichtet, es fehlt an ne Nichts!!! Vermieter sind perfekt, super Kommunikation wenn etwas hakte! Ruhige Lage mit perfekter Aussicht. Großer Pool zum schwimmen gehört sich dazu. Auto schon wichtig, obwohl auch ein kostenloser Bus zu den umliegenden Stränden fährt. Abends war in den Städten immer ein kleiner Basar mit vielen Verkaufsständen in Budoni und San Teodoro, teils mit Live-Musik! Vermieter sind freundlich, offenherzig, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit - kurzum perfekt!!! Jederzeit wieder

Traumhafter Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist richtig schön. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und die Schlafzimmer haben große Schränke und viel Platz für die Klamotten. Die Küche hat an Ausstattung alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft ist gut isoliert und dank der Klimaanlage kann man die Nächte im Kühlen verbringen. Die Außendusche ist prima und es gibt einen großen Platz um die Wäsche zu trocknen. Der neue Whirlpool bietet locker Platz für vier Personen und macht den Urlaub noch angenehmer. Drumherum ist es ruhig und der Gemeinschaftspool ist groß und wird beaufsichtigt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar und ein absolutes Highlight. Die Vermieter sind super lieb und kümmern sich um alles was ansteht. Man merkt, dass sie sie gerne Gäste haben und ihnen einen schönen Urlaub bereiten wollen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal. Einziges Manko ist, dass Bäcker und Supermärkte nicht wirklich zu Fuß erreichbar sind und die schönen Strände ebenfalls. Dafür gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Budoni. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervoller Urlaub mit Traumblick und super tollen Gastgebern.

Wir haben mit unserer Tochter und unserem Hund 11 wundervolle Tage in einem super tollen Reihenhäuschen verbracht. Der Meerblick ist gigantisch, das Haus ist top ausgestattet und die Gastgeber Heidi uns Franco sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit - vielen Dank dafür. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Sardinia 2019-damn dreamy holiday

Firstly “the people” Heidi and Franco, they are just wonderful, warm hearted people who enjoy their life there and would like everyone else who visits their apartments to feel they are welcome and no wishes are left un-attended............really just an amazing pair of lovely people......thank you. Secondly “the property-See-stern” ( or as daughter said sternfisch ha,ha)........I or my girls (or my doggy) have one single complaint, it has everything the travel light or the seasoned holiday home user could or would require.......100% The view beats all........nothing compares to waking up and looking out to sea..........loved it, (and I miss that). A-Z on materials or anything you require to make the holiday that much more enjoyable........ E.g clothes pegs ( I know minor detail but imagine none) to TV multiple stations English, German etc.etc Sun beds to take to the beach, an amazing terrace for breakfast or the evening vino to be enjoyed. Airco ........omg we slept so well and all very well thought out, comfortable and spic and span ( incredibly clean and well presented) We would definitely like to return here for sure. Thirdly “area out and about” The swimming pool although we didn’t partake, very clean and easily accessible and never over filled. Area around has the wild nature and not the clinical tourist feel, short walk and you are at the beach ( shoes needed for the close one as pebble access) and literally 5km in either direction are beaches with the typical white sands and blue seas. Putting everything together a perfect place for a family/couples/sea seekers/beach lovers/water sports or peace and quiet junkies and of course food lovers (restaurant list from Heidi is just great).............100% enjoyed and will be returning we hope to Heidi and Franco. You felt throughly welcomed and it made the holiday that much better, thank you we miss all of it.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Budoni

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern Heidi und Franco empfangen. Auch im Vorfeld erhielten wir bereits umfangreiche Informationen zum Haus und insbesondere der Ausstattung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, ebenso Toaster und Sandwichmaker (!!). Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt auch eine Aussendusche, sodass es eigentlich kaum Engpässe im Badezimmer gibt. Wir haben im Ferienhaus 1 Woche mit 3 Kindern im Teenageralter verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienwohnanlage am Hang ganz oben, man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Pinienwald. Zur Ferienanlage gehört ein Pool den man nutzen kann. Zu Fuss kann man einige kleine Badebuchten am Meer erreichen. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich tolle Strände. Der nächste Ort Tanaunella kann in 5 Min mit dem Auto erreicht werden, nach Olbia sind es ca. 40 Minuten , nach Budoni ca. 10 Min. Heidi und Franco sind tolle Gastgeber, die gerne bei allen Fragen (Restaurants, Ausflüge...) weiterhelfen. Wir hatten eine super Woche und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder! Das Ferienhaus können wir zu 100 % empfehlen, hier muss man sich einfach wohlfühlen.

Casita preciosa frente al mar

Hemos pasado 10 días fantásticos . La casa de Heidi y Franco es perfecta , súper bien equipada, no le falta nada. Y lo más alucinante son las vistas al mar. Heidi muy atenta que todo funcione bien y nos dio muchas informaciones!! La recomiendo 100%.

Gemütliches und liebevoollll top eingerichtetes Häuschen. m. einmaliger Aussicht

Herzlicher Empfang bei unserer Ankunft. Gute Einführung. Das Häuschen ist zweckmässig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Schöner Garten m. Grill und wunderschöne Aussicht. Der Garten ist auch ideal, wenn man den Hund dabei hat. Es ist sehr ruhig. Morgens kann man mit der Sonne frühstücken und abends mit dem Mond Abend essen. Die Strände sind zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. Gerne wieder ☺

Ferienhaus super in Budoni

Sehr, sehr schönes Ferienhaus bei dem es an nichts fehlt. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht. Besonders die schöne Terasse mit dem Meerblick haben wir genossen. Schön wäre es für uns noch gewesen, wenn man einen der leckeren Bäcker hätte zu Fuß erreichen können.
