We had a great holiday even with the 3 days of rain of the waterbom.

First time stay in Ravenna area

It was an excellent apartment with everything you will need for a short stay. We took some getting used to the italian style of coffee maker, the cafe cuit, as it is tiny compared to our bodem and coffee maker. The on-site host Pietro was excellent at helping with our needs, especially the copius amounts of toilet paper we Canadians seem to need! He eventually ran out, so we stocked our own. I would recommend this property for all. The

Schöne große Wohnung die insgesamt recht sauber war.Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht.Es gab sogar Öl,Salz und Kaffee.Der Strand ist in 5 min und das zentrum in ca 10 min fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich Restaurants und ein Minimarkt und Fahrradverleih. Das Auto kann sicher auf dem eingezäunten Hof abgestellt werden. Der schöne Garten ist riesig und ideal für kinder zum spielen.Absolutes Highlight war für uns die große Terrasse.Besonders zu erwähnen ist der liebenswerte Hausmeister immer ansprechbar und Hilfsbereit.Wenn ich was negatives suchen müsste, dann das es schon etwas Hellhörig ist.Wir würden in jedem Fall eine Empfehlung aussprechen und sie wieder Buchen.

Appartamento molto carino, in una zona comoda e tranquilla di Milano Marittima. Bel condominio. Il proprietario e il Sig. Pietro sono persone estremamente gentili e disponibili (anche in caso di un disguido dovuto al fatto che avevo letto male l’annuncio - colpa mia…). L’appartamento è bello, estremamente fornito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Giusto la doccia avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata…

Lovely apartment in great location

The property is in a quiet location, close to the beach with a small supermarket and a few restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Auch der Housekeeper war sehr nett und sorgt für eine gepflegte Anlage.

Gute Lage

Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas schwierig, da der Hausmeister ausschliesslich italienisch gesprochen hat. Weniger schön war das Badezimmer/Dusche und man hat im ganzen Haus gehört, wenn jemand die Rolläden/Fenster geöffnet hat. Ansonsten war das Appartement aber sehr geräumig, sauber und in einer sehr guten Lage.
