FANTASTIC Coastal Villa in Villasimius

Spacious two-story villa in the Stella di Mare 1 area, completely renovated in 2022, located on the coast near Villasimius. Well-served by public transportation; just a short walk from a supermarket, a bar and tobacco shop, various amenities (tennis courts), and a marina (Porto Armando). Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beach, located just 100 meters from the property. The villa can accommodate two or three families, as it features two full bathrooms and four double or twin bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with convector heaters that provide cooling or heating depending on the season. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and large furnished loggias equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms—one with a large terrace and another with a balcony—and a bathroom. The garden is fenced and includes parking for cars.
Rates are discounted based on the length of your stay. The villa is located in a very quiet village, ideal for relaxing without sacrificing the leisure activities you seek on vacation.
The hot tub will make your vacation even more enjoyable.

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Pratico angolo doccia esterna. All’interno a piano terra soggiorno, con TV, wifi, ampia cucina tinello, attrezzata per ogni esigenza macchina caffè, microonde ecc. Moreno

Küchenutensilien waren schon fast in Mengen vorrätig.

Vielen Dank!

Great family holiday villa!

Villa was great- very spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed. Enrico is really good host and we cannot thank him enough. After arriving late in the evening he booked table for us in the local restaurant and few days later he arranged emergency dentist for my partner on the Easter Sunday. He went out of his way to make our holiday amazing. I would recommend him 100%. Thank you so much and hopefully see you again in the future :)

Tutte le stanze in ordine, cucina e bagni funzionali, frigorifero, freezer condizionatori moderni, piatti, posate, pentole, biancheria e salviette fornite perfette. Ottima villa, meravigliosa esperienza.
