Positives:- really spacious- well equipped kitchen, although fridge-freezer quite old and not very efficient, and cooker hood / extractor not great- useful to have the utility room near the pool rather than in the villa- close to supermarkets - not a difficult walk into Pollença (although difficult to cross the road from the villato the footpath safely)- shaded parking so the car wasn’t boiling hot when we got in- good water pressure in the shower (although not height adjustable shower heads, which is always tricky with people of very different heights)-air con in the main living area effectiveDownsides:- unclear whether the pool was properly maintained - two of our party who went under the water ended up in clinics in Mallorca with severe ear infections and needing antibiotics, which the doctors put down to dodgy pool water- air con in 2 bedrooms fairly ineffective, which was less than ideal when it was 35 degrees plus during the day- hair dryers in both bathrooms extremely mouldy - really could have done with mats / coasters for tables - some of the furniture inside is really lovely but not unusable if you have a hot plate or cup or might spill something as it would cause damage- I reported a dangerous broken wicker chair just after arrival, but didn’t hear anything back about it - someone else could easily badly hurt themselves- towels and pillows / bedding in general well past their best days. Beds not particularly comfortable.
