In the popular Santa Luzia district, this charming view domicile awaits you with air-conditioned comfort and direct access to the city (but wonderfully quiet!). The magnificent garden offers ultimate bathing fun.

Besides 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms (1x tub/shower, 1x shower), the large living room has a dining area, a cosy sitting area (including 1 sofa bed 1.4 x 2 m), a large cable TV plus radio/CD player - and a terrific balcony!

The spacious kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave/grill, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer also offers a laundry room. All complete: washing machine/dryer, clothes horse, iron.

There is a lift from the underground car park to the 1st floor. Even without a car, you can reach many shopping facilities such as the famous Mercado dos Lavradores in a few minutes on foot (600 m). The sea is only 800 m away (11 minutes' walk).

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
There are several cafes nearby. Most shops, malls, and supermarkets are a ten-minute walk away.

This apartment is close to the Farmers Market, Old Town of Funchal and the Cathedral. From here you can explore on foot the various sights of our beautiful city. (eg Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc ...)


GETTING AROUND
Nevertheless, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi on your own in the airport!

There are bus stops nearby to get you to the center of Funchal.

Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair, and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher, and fire blanket are available in all properties.
