It should have been much better.
We booked property for 10 days, 4 adults, criteria being parking, kitchen, washing machine. Check in was easy, property spacious and in good condition. However let down was we didn’t have hot water for the first 3 days, washing machine and dishwasher did not work for the entire stay. Property manager was very friendly, however stoped answering once we reported issues with property. We contacted Vrbo customer service on numerous occasions, however in their rule book these issues are classified as minor, they did not provide as with any solutions. They tried contacting property manager on our behalf unsuccessfully. One of the neighbours helped us to fix hot water issue. Property should not be advertised on the website until it’s fixed, alternatively promised appliances should be removed from description. Vrbo is not taking any responsibility for advertising properties on their websites which do not meet description. All Vrbo agents were very polite and respectful however could not do anything apart from saying sorry and that they could not help.
