Good for what we needed
Flat was in an excellent location for us being just across the road from a lovely dog friendly beach with a cafe that did fabulous breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. However I will mention that the outside area is very scruffy and bins were overflowing with lots of bottles on the floor. The flat itself was clean and tidy although inside bin hadn’t been properly emptied from previous tenants. Mattress on double bed could probably do with replacing if I’m brutally honest but I’m a camper so tend to make do with what I’m given. None of this bothered us as we just wanted a base to explore from. Wouldn’t take much to make tips a really lovely place to stay but I guess that was reflected in the price so no complaints from us. Only mentioning it so owner is aware and so others know there’s nowhere to sit outside.
