The luxurious villa with its own tree park and an ideal location on the hills of the beautiful tourist town Spa. Cosy and comfortably furnished, this villa is ideal for families and can house 15 people in the 8 bedrooms it has. _x000D_

The house includes a garden for you to relax and enjoy evening meets with your loved ones. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the surroundings. You can enjoy the delicious barbecue and have a great time during your stay._x000D_

The place is right by the forest, 0.1 km away, the town centre and restaurants can be visited only about a km away from the house. _x000D_

Also a great destination during the winters, the ski lift is just a km away for you to enjoy the breathtaking view of the area. You can visit the beautiful lake, 5 km away._x000D_

Locatie was top Het logement buiten heeft een stijlvolle karakter maar heeft grootnodig een opfrisbeurt nodig. Spelen voor kinderen niet aanwezig ( schommel al lang stuk ) Keuken voor grote groepen veel te klein ( klein gasvuurtje 4 bekken) Kamers ouderwets met slechte bedden In het algemeen heeft deze woonst een grondige opknapbeurt nodig waardoor prijs / kwaliteit niet in balans liggen . Veel te hoge reservatieprijs Vuilzakken veel te duur Orde un netheid zijn ook niet top Buiten een pingpong tafel is er niets anders aanwezig om kinderen en volwassenen bezig te houden bij slecht weer. Algemeen geen aanrader , voor zulke dure prijs mag men veel meer verwachten, echt geen aanrader

Renovierungsbedürftige und überteuerte Villa. Eiskalt im Winter. Mangelhafte Kommunkation.

Es handelt sich um eine alte, renovierungsbedürftige Villa. Die Fenster und Türen sind einfach verglast. Im Winter bleibt es in manchen Räumen eiskalt. Obwohl wir sehr auf maßvolles Heizen geachtet haben, mussten wir Gaskosten in Höhe von 300! für eine Woche nachzahlen. Von einer Buchung im Winter kann ich nur abraten.Im Wohnzimmer rechts riecht es sehr muffig, vermutlich Schimmel, entsprechend haben wir uns dort nicht aufgehalten.Einen Stern gibt es für das gemütliche (linke) Wohnzimmer sowie für das ausreichend vorhandene Geschirr.Die Kommunikation mit Verwalterin und Besitzern ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Sie wollte uns 25 für eine geplatzte Glühbirne, also ein Verschleißprodukt, berechnen. Bis jetzt (zwei Wochen nach Aufenthalt) haben wir die Restkaution von 200 ohne Begründung nicht zurückerhalten. Fazit: Renovierungsbedürftige und überteuerte Villa. Eiskalt im Winter. Mangelhafte Kommunkation.
