Located just 3 km from Tessin and within easy reach of Rostock (38 km) and Ribnitz-Damgarten (35 km), this charming retreat offers a blend of rural tranquility and nearby attractions.

The flat features a private entrance, a hallway, one bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, and a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is thoughtfully divided into two sections: a front area with a washbasin and a rear area with a shower and WC—ideal for shared use. Step outside to enjoy a spacious 1000 m² green area, perfect for picnics, play, or simply soaking up the fresh air. The nearby town of Tessin offers an indoor pool, sauna, wellness center, children’s adventure world, and a golf course. Several bathing lakes are also close by, while the Baltic Sea beaches of Warnemünde, Markgrafenheide, and Graal Müritz are all within a 50–55 km drive.
