We (Elderly parents + adult daughter) stayed at La Loma for 2 weeks in Sep 2024. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we had a good time with fantastic weather. Good Points: 1. An attractive villa in a great setting; Stunning views and good walks (mostly on the roads). 2. Good hot water. 3. Traffic on the mountain roads always drove slowly (circa 30 KPH) and were always very friendly. 4. Good walking on the local roads and tracks. Less Good Points 1. NO WiFi !! 2. Swimming Pool looks bigger in the photos that it actually is. In addition NOT child friendly as no shallow end and min depth is approx 1.5m. Also very visable to surrounding area due to its height. 3. No Villa File - General Instructions, Emergency contacts, Supermarkets, Areas of Interest, local recommended restaurants, etc. Check in consisted only of unlocking the doors and photographing passports! No advice on rubbish disposal or recycling rules/requirements. No written Instructions on how to get to the villa; Only a google map 'Pin Drop' Whats App Message. Fortunately our daughter (and now I can) was able to sort this! 4. Furnishings limited - no bedroom chairs; one bedroom with 2 x double beds had no furniture at all apart from the beds; bedsite lights very low powered. Fans noisey. Cutlery limited; No coffee or Tea pots. 5, External/Pool furniture very limited for a villa supposedly accomodating 9 people (in reality 7) and loungers very uncomfortable. Wir (ältere Eltern + erwachsene Tochter) waren im September 2024 für 2 Wochen in La Loma. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit bei fantastischem Wetter. Positive Punkte: 1. Eine attraktive Villa in einer großartigen Umgebung; atemberaubende Aussicht und gute Spaziergänge (meistens auf den Straßen). 2. Gutes heißes Wasser. 3. Der Verkehr auf den Bergstraßen fuhr immer langsam (ca. 30 km/h) und war immer sehr freundlich. 4. Gute Spaziergänge auf den örtlichen Straßen und Wegen. Weniger positive Punkte: 1. KEIN WLAN!! 2. Der Swimmingpool sieht auf den Fotos größer aus als er tatsächlich ist. Außerdem NICHT kinderfreundlich, da kein flaches Ende vorhanden ist und die Mindesttiefe ca. 1,5 m beträgt. Aufgrund seiner Höhe auch von der Umgebung aus gut sichtbar. 3. Keine Villa-Datei – Allgemeine Anweisungen, Notfallkontakte, Supermärkte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, empfohlene lokale Restaurants usw. Beim Einchecken wurden nur die Türen aufgeschlossen und Pässe fotografiert! Keine Hinweise zu Müllentsorgung oder Recyclingregeln/-anforderungen. Keine schriftlichen Anweisungen, wie man zur Villa kommt; nur eine WhatsApp-Nachricht mit „Pin Drop“ auf Google Maps. Zum Glück konnte unsere Tochter (und jetzt auch ich) das klären! 4. Begrenzte Möblierung – keine Schlafzimmerstühle; ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten hatte außer den Betten überhaupt keine Möbel; die Nachttischlampen waren sehr schwach. Die Ventilatoren waren laut. Besteck begrenzt; keine Kaffee- oder Teekannen. 5. Sehr begrenzte Außen-/Poolmöbel für eine Villa, die angeblich 9 Personen (in Wirklichkeit 7) beherbergen soll, und sehr unbequeme Liegen. Auch die auf den Fotos gezeigten Blumentöpfe sind nicht mehr da! 6. Die Villa muss gewartet werden – der Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Badezimmer ist locker und die Duschhalterung unsicher; die Küchenspüle ist falsch herum angeschlossen. 7. Eine Reinigungsgebühr von 75 Euro wird auf der Zahlungsseite hinzugefügt, aber KEINE Reinigung während des Aufenthalts, kein Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher während des Aufenthalts. Kein Check-out. 8. Die Eigentümer/örtlichen Vertreter wohnten direkt hinter und über der Villa. An den meisten Abenden gab es ein Familientreffen von 17.00 bis 21.00 Uhr. La casa está muy muy limpia , los cuartos son amplios pero hace mucho calor, no hay a a. sino ventiladores, por otro lado no está vallada así que si vas con animales tienes que estar pendiente.

Terrible Gehäuse, keine Klimaanlage, keine Fans, keine Moskitonetze an Fenstern, keine Küchenutensilien oder Pfannen oder Töpfe, kein Toilettenpapier in den Bädern, Pool vieler Haare von anderen Gästen, schlechter Lage Registrierung und Kundendienst rufen am Freitag , Tag 2 und Heute Tag 3 habe mich noch nicht kontaktiert, um mir eine Lösung zu geben, um das Haus zu finden. In Frage empfehle ich weder das Haus noch die Firma, die es registriert hat. Alles Gute.
