Cousins Weekend

The house ambience, spaciousness, and location made our reunion very special and celebratory despite some inclement weather! Most of us knew Cape May but those who experienced for the first time were just thrilled with the house and its accommodations. Enough gathering space and enough private space! The interior was beautiful and not overdone, one of use is an interior designer and gave high praise to the decor! Thanks so much for the communication and insightful arrangments!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! The house is very tastefully decorated, with plenty of living space for a large family, plus it's a quick walk to beach and town. The master suites are amazing! I would definitely recommend as a family rental.

Our 921 Kearney stay

We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the living room which was a comfortable space for all 9 of us. The porch areas were also a favorite and the master bedroom is fabulous. If I had to suggest a minor improvement, I would say add a small table on the front porch. Check in was easy and we loved not having to keep track of physical keys.

Perfect home for large family

Beautiful well kept home in a great location. Our extended family from age 15 to 82 all enjoyed the house. The space was perfect for spreading out and also having time together. The home feels fresh and clean with a well stocked kitchen, plush bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. The two back screened in porches are a convenient and added bonus. I highly recommend this VRBO. The realtor and owners were lovely to deal with and very proactive throughout.

Christmas in Cape May

This is the 2nd year staying here. Its a wonderful house for a group of adults. Comfortable queen beds, no bunk beds. Plenty of shared space with enough seating for a group. Beautiful kitchen with decent kitchen gadgets and tools. Very easy to walk to most things including beach or mall. Hope to stay here again.

Amazing weekend for a girls trip!

This is an exceptional property in Cape May and was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend! It is located so close to everything. The house is immaculate and you can tell the owners take pride in this place, down to every detail. The property manager was available any time we would need by phone/text (which we didn’t but he still checked in on us!) We loved it all and will be back!

Beautiful home in great location

This home is large but very cozy. It worked well for our family to celebrate Christmas. The location was close to the beach and to town. We walked most places. Cape May is truly beautiful decorated with lights for the holiday season. We all enjoyed the home and found it to be very comfortable for 8 adults. We could be all together or fins quiet time in another part of the house. The 2 gas fireplaces were a great treat during the cold days.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for our long weekend in Cape May. The location was truly perfect and just a short walk to anywhere downtown we wanted to go. There was ample street parking for our whole crew which was really nice. Our large group fit comfortably and there was plenty of seating in the living room, dining room and bedrooms. The host was very responsive with all my questions pre and during the trip. Our crew loved sitting on the porch as well. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials needed to make a big breakfast and dinner. Couldn’t recommend this house enough for any large groups or girls weekends in Cape May!

Exceeded our expectations

Everything about the house was perfect from the cleanliness to the appliances and the beautiful interior. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were a group of 8 friends and we had more then enough space to spread out. And the living area was a great place to gather for game night. Rob was very responsive though the way everything was done we didn’t need anything while we were there. Everything was so perfect We are already thinking about staying again for our girls weekend next year !!

Meet Ed and Anne Bowen, the owners.
The Bowens are a second generation “Coast Guard Family.” Ed’s father was stationed in Cape May on a ship at the Training Center in the early 1980’s, and Ed attended Cape May Elementary as a “Coastie kid.” Ed and Anne met in college where Ed graduated from the Coast Guard Academy and Anne graduated from Connecticut College, across the street.

Cape May has forever been a favorite vacation destination for the Bowens since 2005. With their three (now-grown) children, they have made amazing memories every year since. They live outside Philadelphia where Ed works as a Scientist and Anne is an Elementary School teacher.

Meet Robert and Sharon Loiterman, the guest vacation managers and former owners.
In 2020, this exquisite home became the Bowen's Cape May "home away from home" when they purchased it from Robert and Sharon Loiterman. The Loitermans are the home's original owners. They have been renting it to Cape May vacationers since 2008. As owners of Novegy Solutions, LLC, they provide consulting services through Novegy Solutions to the Bowens to help maintain this home's reputation as a premier and much sought-after vacation home in Cape May. Cape May has been their family vacation destination for over 25 years. They fell in love with Cape May on their first trip. In 2006 they built this modern Victorian vacation beach home in the heart of the historic district.

The Bowens look forward to welcoming your family to Cape May as you make your own beach memories. They hope you enjoy their home and that it becomes a special place for you, too!
