The indicated price must be considered for each apartment.
Very quiet place, ideal geographical context for lovers of the sea, nature (Mattinata, city of spontaneous orchids), culture and religious tourism.

AGATA apartment:

- living room/kitchen entrance with complete equipment of fridge, two burner cooker and all the necessary crockery.

- bedroom with double bed 190cm x 160cm

- living room with double sofa bed

- bathroom with toilet and shower

- the external part (sea view) is independent, secluded and includes, in addition to the shaded pergola, an area where you can sunbathe, a hanging chair, an external kitchen and a hot and cold shower.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), wi-fi internet and LCD TV.

The parking is next to the house.

super vacances à Mattinata

Nous avons été très contents du logement, de la vue paradisiaque. Les plages étaient superbes. l'eau était à 30° : magnifique. Tout s'est bien déroulé. Nous avons rayonné jusqu'à Polignano, monopoli, ostunie, alberobello. : superbes villes avec leur centre historique. Vieste et Peschici au nord de Mattinatta ; à faire également. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Tolle Wohnung mit phantastischem Meerblick

Noch nie hatten wir so einen tollen Blick aus unserer Ferienwohnung auf das Meer. Bei warmem Wetter verbringt man den Tag auf einer überdachten Terrasse in sehr schön gestalteter Umgebung. Den Gargano kann man von hier aus gut kennenlernen. Wer es ruhig mag, dem kann man die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Kleines Juwel mit grandioser Aussicht!

Wir, drei Freundinnen, haben die Wohnungen Agata und Tulipano gemietet, um mehr Komfort zu haben ( zwei Bäder, gute Betten) und es war eine gute Entscheidung, denn der Preis war absolut angemessen. Beide Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und entsprechen den Fotos auf der Fewoseite. Die Region Gargano ist einmalig schön: Buchten, Strände, Städtchen, alte Kirchen, Markttag, Sonnenuntergänge, Kulinarische Spezialitäten, Traditionen wie zB die sogenannten „ Trabucchi“, kühle Luft in der Foresta Umbra- man könnte Wochen verbringen, ohne dass es einem langweilig wird. Oder einfach nur entspannen in der Abgeschiedenheit der Wohnungen, zwischen blühenden Kakteen, kleine Olivenbäumchen, freundliche Katzen, dem intensiven Blau des Meeres und des Himmels. Man sollte allerdings beachten, dass die Straßen in allen Richtungen sehr kurvig und oft steil und schmal sind, so auch die Einfahrt zur Wohnung und die Parkfläche. Die Strände und das Zentrum von Mattinata sind fußläufig nicht erreichbar. Mit einem SUV sollte man nicht nach Gargano fahren und auch kein Fahranfänger sein!! Uns hat das alles nicht gestört, ganz im Gegenteil. Wir sind sehr glücklich, uns für diese Wohnungen entschieden zu haben!

Tolle Wohnung in einmaliger Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig, alles ist so wie auf den Bildern. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten für zwei Wochen die größte der drei Wohnungen, die mit zwei Schlafzimmern angeboten wurde. Tatsächlich gibt es nur ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch, die allerdings extrem unbequem ist. Wir durften allerdings für ein paar Tage auf die Schlafzimmer der anderen Wohnungen ausweichen. Es handelt sich bei der Beschreibung um einen Übersetzungsfehler. Und man sollte Katzen mögen, die zum Haus gehören.

We spent some fine days here. Agata was a kind and informative host. But It was not easy to find a box to get rit of the Garbage nearby .

Mais quelle terrasse!

Appartement idéal pour un couple qui aime prendre ses repas à l’extérieur. La terrasse est magnifique et très bien aménagée. Les propriétaires, qui occupent le logement adjacent, sont très discrets et sympathiques. Une voiture est essentielle pour loger à cette adresse qui est à proximité des principaux attraits du parc National de Gargano ainsi que des plages longeant la mer Adriatique.

Un petit coin de paradis.

L'accueil d'Agata et Massimiliano est excellent....pane al pomodoro à l'arrivée dans un cadre idyllique..... une vue imprenable sur l'adriatique avec le chant des cigales..... le bonheur pour tous ceux qui recherchent la détente. La région est riche en plages à couper le souffle..... je recommande vivement cette location. Olivier et Martine

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einmalig schön. Klar, etwas abgelegen von Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants ist man, aber das ist oftmals ja auch ein Vorteil. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist jedenfalls recht gut, Espressokocher, Weingläser, ordentliche Messer - alles vorhanden. Auch der Grill und die Außendusche sind hervorragend. Genug Platz und Schatten/Sonne hat man auf der Terasse auch. Sofern man keine Katzenallergie hat ( es gibt davon zahlreiche vor Ort) ist die Unterkunft ein Volltreffer!

Ci siamo stati già la seconda volta e siamo di nuovo rimasti incantati sia del posto, sia della gentilezza e ospitalità di Agata e Massimiliano. Tutti i dettagli del giardino e delle due casine sono curati con grande attenzione, non mancavano mai dei consigli da parte di loro due per le cose da vedere o quale sentiero da prendere - sempre con grande rispetto per il territorio e la natura. Il Gargano per noi è diventato davvero un luogo di riposo e di riflessione.

Excellent choix

La location d'Agatha et Massimilianno est idéalement située. Elle offre une vue époustouflante sur la mer Adriatique avec un dégagement à 180°. L'espace extérieur est aménagé de façon très coquette avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour se prélasser ou pour déguster l'apéritif. L'appartement est simple, fonctionnel et très propre, disposant d'un système de chauffage très apprécié en basse saison et de tout l'équipement de base. Nos hôtes, tout en étant très discrets, ont su être présents et de bons conseils. Location à recommander fortement, bien située dans le Gargano, permettant de visiter les belles villes anciennes, de se promener dans la foresta umbra, de partir à la recherche des orchidées au Monte Sacro ou tout simplement de se reposer sur la plage.

Magnifique endroit. Vue spectaculaire sur l’Adriatique. Très beaux arrangements floraux le long de la terrasse. Des hôtes très accueillants et de bons conseillers. Un petit en-cas succulent à l’arrivée en guise de bienvenue. La nature en montagne et la beauté tout autour. À conseiller absolument !

Piccolo paradiso nel Gargano

La villetta è immersa nella natura, con un panorama mozza fiato ed una tranquillità che quasi fa paura per chi è abituato ai rumori della città. Da questo punto della Strada litoranea si possono raggiungere facilmente delle spiaggie spettacolari. Agata e Max poi sono fantastici e non ti fanno mancare nulla. Per niente è il quarto anno che ci andiamo ed è sempre triste riapartire.

Une vue extraordinaire depuis la terrasse

Logement conforme au descriptif, propre et au calme. Parking devant la propriété. Des informations sur la région sont disponibles en français, anglais et italien. Très bel accueil de nos hôtes qui nous ont offert un verre de vin et préparé une bruschetta de tomates. Il n'y a pas assez de mots pour définir la vue depuis la terrasse. C'est magnifique. On ne se lasse pas de la regarder. Prendre le petit déjeuner avec cette vue et au calme fait partie des plaisirs simples de la vie qu'il faut garder. Si vous recherchez un logement au calme pour vous ressourcer, c'est le bon. Le Gargano est une très belle région à découvrir.

Fantastica! Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze a Mattinata ad Agosto in questa bellissima casa con una vista mozzafiato. I proprietari, Agata e Massimiliano, si sono mostrati molto gentili,ci hanno accolto con calore e si sono mostrati disponibili nel darci consigli e suggerimenti. La casa dispone di tutto ciò che serve e il mare e il centro città sono raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti. La posizione della casa, sulla litoranea che connette Mattinata a Vieste, ti da anche la possibilità di raggiungere alcune delle spiagge più belle del Gargano (Vignanotica, Baia delle Zagare,...). Lovely paradise with spectacular view and best hosts ever

This was our absolute maximum of our 6 week Italy trip - we found this beautiful hideout and it was a total pleasure to stay there. We would have liked to stay longer, as you can do so many things there - go to one of the beautiful beaches nearby, just stay at the apartment and have a chilling day with reading and some showers and of course the great views. Any - last bust not least - Massimiliano & Agata are great hosts and it was a big pleasure to stay in their house. We will definately come back! We love this place! Fabian & Annika

L'endroit est sublime et idéal pour découvrir cette merveilleuse région qu'est le Gargano !

La maison est très bien équipée et tout à fait conforme à la description. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Quant à la terrasse, les mots ne suffisent pas. Les photos sont correctes mais la réalité est bien au-delà... Lever de soleil, lever de lune, bateaux de pêcheurs, silence total, une expérience extraordinaire ! Merci à Agata et Massimiliano qui nous ont accueillis comme des rois !
