Whether you're sipping coffee in the illuminated private garden or enjoying a barbecue in the courtyard, this villa brings comfort and relaxation close to the coast. The beach and river are just a short stroll away, while restaurants (1 km) and a supermarket (3 km) are conveniently nearby. Golf enthusiasts can head to the Gassin golf course, just a short drive away. After a day out, unwind by the fireplace or enjoy quality time with your family in the cozy living space. Child-friendly and well-equipped, the home features a high chair, children's bed, and a garage for secure parking. Tolles Haus nahe dem Strand

Das Haus ist großzügig in seiner Architektur und hat eine besondere Atmosphäre. Die Bäder sind neu saniert und top. Die Einrichtung der Küche bietet alles um sich selbst zu versorgen, inkl. Spülmaschine und Gefrierschrank. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hauses im Pinienwald bietet absolute Privatsphäre auf großem Grundstück. Der Strand ist in 5-10 min sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Termin zur Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert und im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Rosé zur Begrüßung bereit. Herzlichsten Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
