The spacious home is fully equipped and ideal for families with young children. The house is suitable for a maximum of five adults, two children up to 12 years old, and a baby up to 2 years old. The house features 2 bedrooms with 2 single box-spring beds, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and 1 bedroom with a single box-spring bed and 1 small bed (excluding bed linen). A washing machine and dryer are available, as well as a wagon, changing table, a cot and high chair, and a safety gate.

The house is located on a versatile holiday park with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a pony ranch, and an entertainment program. The adjacent park features an indoor swimming pool, which you can use free of charge as a guest—perfect for families with children. While the little ones are having fun, you can relax on the terrace or by the water.

The accommodation features a spacious garden. All waterfront houses are equipped with fencing on the waterside, ensuring children can play safely in the garden. This allows everyone to enjoy well-deserved relaxation. Please note that not every children's villa located by the water has its own fishing jetty.
