Set in the charming coastal village of Zierow, this spacious 3-bedroom apartment is perfect for families, multi-generational groups, or friends—comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. Located just 500 meters from the Baltic Sea, it offers a fenced garden, a sunny terrace, a grill for BBQ evenings, and a relaxing outdoor atmosphere. The fenced lawn makes it a safe haven for kids to play freely, while a cot and high chair are available for younger guests.

Zierow is perfectly placed for coastal and cultural exploration. Take a walk to the beach or enjoy local cuisine at nearby restaurants just 500 m away. Day trips to the Hanseatic city of Wismar (5 km), Boltenhagen (17 km), or larger cities like Schwerin, Rostock, and Lübeck are easily possible. Wohnung war schön geräumig, aber leider ist das Inventar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste nicht nur gereinigt werden sondern auch mal Reparaturarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Die Terrassenmöbel sind defekt und es gab keine Stuhlkissen. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr schön und auch am Strand hat es uns gefallen. Leider darf man nicht Behindert sein und einen Hund haben. Am Hundestrand gibt es keine Strandkörbe. Für den kleinen Hunger findet man am Strand und im Ort Gelegenheiten. Super ist, dass genügend Platz zum parken war.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig. Die Wände könnten mal wieder einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Der Handyempfang plus Internet ist sehr schlecht. Für die Terrassenstühle gibt es keine Auflagen. Bis zum Strand sind es 10 min über einen schönen Fußweg. Der Weg führt am Haus vorbei und somit ist den ganzen Tag Betrieb und die Urlauber schauen über die Hecke. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut nicht angemessen. Die Fotos im Internet sind wahrscheinlich bei Eröffnung entstanden.
