Had a lovely stay at Sea Breezes - was a great space for 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) with everything we needed. Lovely sunsets over Pagham Lagoon and only a short walk to the cafe, amusements, shops and (amazing) fish and chip shop.

Lovely property in a great location

We had a great long weekend at Sea Breezes. A lovely property, great layout and the house worked well for the group. Loved the walks around Pagham harbour and a slightly boggy wet walk to the Crab and Lobster ( lovely welcome and delicious food). Unmade road is the only tricky bit but as long as you are in no rush it’s fine!

Lovely place to stay

Sea Breezes is a lovely house - beautifully done, very well equipped, lovely views and outside space, close to the sea, great walks. It was perfect for us. Our only criticism was not anything to do with the house - the very poor state of the private road leading to it. Thank you for a lovely stay

Sea Breezes is an absolutely stunning property in the most wonderfully unique place. I recommend it to anyone who loves light, luxury and coastal air. I recently stayed here with my family with ages ranging from 8 to 66 and we all unanimously voted to return. We were terribly sad to have to leave. Thank you for sharing beautiful Sea Breezes with us. Our stay was simply magical; relaxing and invigorating x

A great property in a lovely location

Sea Breezes is an ideal property for a small group of family or friends. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged as single beds (bear in mind the single beds are only 2'6" wide). The 2 shower rooms are nice and modern. We loved the decor and the quirky features in the property. The welcome pack and toiletries are a nice bonus. The property is ideally located for walks along the beach, the lagoon and the nature reserve. We didn't walk as much as we would have liked as we were there during storm Bert and it was extremely windy and wet! We had a lovely relaxing weekend and are hoping to return next year with some better weather.
