Marbella center is known for its wide gastronomic offer and its numerous activities for both children and adults. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the beaches of Marbella, the marina of Marbella and the historic center.



The apartment is distributed on one floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.



At the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc..



The living room is equipped with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has an outdoor table, perfect for relaxing.



It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.



We provide bath towels and sheets for all rooms so you only need to bring your personal items.



The house is air conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air conditioning.



WIFI is also available in all rooms. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.



Also included in the rent is a parking space.
