The apartment, located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building, can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet and exclusive setting close to all the points of interest in the renowned city of Padua.<br>Our apartment, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, features state-of-the-art technology that will perfectly suit your needs; the design is simple yet modern, colorful, and sophisticated.<br><br>The apartment is laid out as follows: <br>- Entryway with a coat rack where you can hang your jackets;<br>- Spacious open-concept area combining the kitchen and living room: here you’ll find every amenity. <br>The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stovetop, oven, microwave, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine (pods included), a kettle, and even a dishwasher. You’ll also find a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.<br>The living room is equipped with every comfort: a double sofa bed and a 45" Smart TV that allows you to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other accounts to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite shows;<br>- Sleeping area with a double bed, a very spacious closet, and distinctive exposed wooden beams;<br>- In the bathroom, you’ll find: a sink, a bidet, and a shower; a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes are provided.<br>- A delightful private terrace with a view of the rooftops of the historic center’s buildings is at your disposal; this space, entirely yours to enjoy, will provide you with pleasant moments of relaxation.<br><br>Located on the top floor of the building, the apartment features distinctive exposed wooden beams and is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.
