THE NEST, THE COMBA of Aosta

The house is in an ideal location because it is close to downtown and yet situated in a very quiet area surrounded by the greenery of Aosta’s foothills. The apartments are equipped with every comfort; the finishes are of high quality because the house was renovated using eco-friendly architecture and natural materials: marble in the bathrooms, local stone, and solid wood. The heating system consists of low-temperature underfloor heating powered by a wood-fired boiler.
The house has a Class B energy efficiency rating, solar thermal panels for domestic hot water, and photovoltaic panels for electricity generation. The furnishings are designer pieces, featuring lamps by Fontana Arte, Cini & Nils, Ingegner Castaldi, Ingo Maurer, Alt Lucialternative, and Artemide. The German appliances include a Miele washing machine, a Bosch dryer, a wall-mounted hair dryer, AEG/Liebherr refrigerator, Electrolux dishwasher, Milan Toast toaster, Miele cordless vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, B&O Beosound A1 Bluetooth speaker and Bose stereo, Sony and Toshiba Full HD televisions with SKY Family and Cinema packages.
The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bed linens, bath linens, and kitchen linens, as well as dishes and a wide selection of cookware, plus detergents for the washing machine, dishwasher, and general cleaning.
CIN: IT007003C2EG7NIRYH

Holidays in Aosta

In Guido's house we were twice in winter. After the first stay we decided that certainly come again. Wonderful place in the mountain with fresh air and nice view. It is close to the center of town, just 10 minutes by foot. For skiing in different zones great location, you can go in Cervinia and Courmayeur or ride in Pila. Rooms are well equipped and have everything you need even more. At the first opportunity would like to visit this beautiful place again.

Perfetto

Located in a quiet street just out of the city center, this studio provides all facilities. A very practical kitchen, clean bathroom and large bedroom. A great place to come home to after a busy day of skiing or walking in the surrounding hills. The owners living next-door are very friendly and can help you with any questions. I had a great two weeks in this studio.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a three day visit to Aosta, Italy. On arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the owners. The apartment was in excellent condition and furnished with every amenity we desired, especially the kitchen. The location was on the crest of a hill with a beautiful view of the mountains right at your front door. We felt safe and secure. Parking was also provided. The quaint historical town of Aosta was just a short drive. The apartment was just perfect and the owners were friendly and helpful in every way. Go and enjoy!

Perfect stay in Aosta

The apartment is extremely clean and tastefully furnished, well-equipped, with an attention to detail. We spent one week in August and felt it was perfectly located to get around in the Val d'Aosta. We highly recommend the Parco Nazionale di Gran Paradiso and the Val Gressoney which both offer stunning alpine landscapes and lovely walks without being too crowded like in some of the other valleys. It was also very relaxing just to spend a day on the beautiful terrace of the apartment. A very charming bonus is the free access to an immense range of home-grown vegetables in Sandra and Guido's lovely garden. We were able to make ourselves delicious meals with freshly picked tomatoes, eggplants, courgettes, grean beans, basil. Thank you so much, Sandra and Guido for our relaxing stay, you are wonderful, kind and friendly hosts who made us feel at home.

Ideale ligging

Vriendelijk ontvangst.

A presto... Nelli e Daniele

Fabulous in every way!

Absolutely loved our time in Aosta! Communication with Guido and Sandra was excellent. They both met us at check in and showed us everything we needed to know. First off, the view of the mountains is amazing. The irises and roses were all in bloom and we had a beautiful bouquet in the apartment. The apartment is impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals. The bed was comfy and the bathroom well appointed (great shower). We had gelato every day at GROM in Aosta central. We walked to town one day and drove the other days. We loved seeing the Roman ruins in Aosta and spent one day hiking in Pila and another day exploring nearby Monte Bianco. We truly fell in love with this area of Italy and can't wait to come back and stay at Guido and Sandra's beautiful apartment. Oh, we also made use of the very nice washer and DRYER.

sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, herrlich ruhige Lage, ausgesprochen nette Vermieter

Also beste Erholung garantiert. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen. Birgit und Günter
