We would be delighted to welcome you to this charming and very comfortable studio.
It has a real bed of 160cm and a bed of 90cm.
A dining area.
A kitchenette equipped with a double ceramic hob, a fridge - frezer, a microwave.
A shower room with toilet.
A beautiful and intimate terrace.
It is heated and air-conditioned.
Close to the ports where you can taste our famous oysters and the coastal path, departure of beautiful walks.

The district of La Hume is one of the most touristic areas of Gujan Mestras.
With its family beach, its marina, its small restaurants on the waterfront, it is good to stroll and take the time to live.
With the rhythm of the tides, you can go for a walk, do sports, swim or sunbathe.
Picnic areas and playgrounds allow you to take full advantage of the beauty of the landscape.
Fed by the Landes canal which flows into the Estey de la Hume, the port of La Hume is a particularly peaceful place to relax.
Numerous oyster huts typical of the Arcachon Basin region add to the unique charm of the area.
Not to be missed under any circumstances: the coastal path.
It starts from the port of La Hume and goes to the port of La Mole, taking you through the 7 ports of the town of Gujan Mestras.
It's an 8.5 kilometre walk in the middle of nature that you can do whatever the tide. The landscapes will be different throughout the day.
You can also enjoy a guided tour organised by the Gujan Mestras tourist office.

The studio is ideally placed for cycling and walking tours.
A private car park facilitates parking and offers the possibility of recharging an electric vehicle thanks to two terminals (fixed price).
The studio consists of an entrance with cupboard, a dining area, a sleeping area with a 160cm bed, a 90cm bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet.
