Swimming pool was lovely but the room it was located in was far too hot and couldn’t open doors so unable to socialise in there apart from swimming. A small criticism as it was overall a very pleasant stay

Lovely house great area

I can not fault the property it is beautiful also the location, but a few issues regarding things in not working order,i was only informed the morning of departure that washing mashine was not working and that maintenance woukd be coming that day 24th April, how ever no one came to fix it,we had family coming from Bournemouth and other far places to which we hadnt seen in a number of years due to severe illness, so like i had told family before they came i could get clothing washed and dried before there long travelling home, also the coffee machine in pool area was out of use which i had wanted to be in use for my elderly parents as the room they stayed in was at that end of house, also the lock in changing rooms became to hard to unlock but thankfully i had my phone to call relative to help unlock it,the grill was unclean also frying pan so therefore we didnt use it..i feel sad having to write this but when you are paying alot of money you dont expect things not to be working.

Good afternoon and thank you very much for taking the time to pass on your comments following your recent stay. We do appreciate your thoughts and these will also be passed back to the owners who manage the property themselves. We do apologise on behalf of the owner once again for the lack of washing machine - we understand the importance of this especially for a large group like yours. Thank you for noting the other issues too. We do hope to be able to see you again in Norfolk soon. Best wishes Norfolk Hideaways
