This is a sophisticated villa for 4, which is located on the hillside above Uzumlu Village, some 10 - 15 minutes drive from Kalkan. It commands spectacular views all the way out to the Xanthos valley and Patara beach beyond.
Sleeping a maximum of four guests and designed to ensure maximum privacy around the pool, guests can enjoy the sunshine and relax whilst taking in the spectacular sea views in an atmosphere far from prying eyes. This villa is an ideal choice for small families/groups, couples & honeymoon couples who are looking to ‘get away from it all’ in luxurious surroundings.
The villa’s indoor pool, with its heating option, and sauna make this a perfect location for low season breaks.

Living Area
All the accommodation is on the one level and consists of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area centrally located between its two bedrooms. The wall to wall full-height glazing allows maximum advantage to be taken of the panoramic views and allows light to flood in.
The lounge is simply but tastefully furnished with two comfortable sofas, one armchair, coffee table and a large flat screen tv. There is air-conditioning and complimentary wi-fi throughout the villa.
The contemporary kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances needed to self-cater, including a built-in oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and water dispenser. Additionally there is a kitchen island with sink and an adjacent dining table which seats four. The villa’s washing machine is located in a small utility area next to the villa’s entrance.
The villa”s two bedrooms are located on either side of the living space, one being a double and the other a twin. With virtually wall to wall full length glazing both the master bedrooms and living areas in the villa have direct access to the pool terrace and command the same panoramic views.The twin bedroom looks on to the indoor pool.

Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is some 3 x 2.5 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.2 metres. Entrance is by means of some gentle steps. This pool can be heated to a maximum of 28 degrees centigrade for an additional charge. Guests wishing to use this facility should give at least two days notice in order that the pool can reach the desired temperature before their arrival. N.B. no heating charge applies between the months of January to April inclusive.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 Spacious room with king size bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, flat screen TV, large jacuzzi, and en-suite shower room with rainforest shower and twin wash hand basins..The sauna is also located within this bedroom.Direct access to the pool terrace is through sliding glass doors.

Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the superlative panoramic views from around the villa’s infinity pool which is some 8 x 3 metres in dimensions, has a depth of 1.5 metres, and there are steps which facilitate entrance to the pool (no handrail).
The pool terrace is equipped with a large king size cushion in a shallow pool area, four sun loungers, two side tables, one umbrella and a dining table which seats four under a shady pergola. A comfortable rattan seating group is also located under the pergola. An ideal spot from which to soak up the spectacular sunsets. A portable charcoal burning BBQ is available for guests to use.
Steps lead down from the pool terrace to a small garden area. Here there is a table football table for guests entertainment. The villa is approximately 8 km from the centre of Kalkan. (10-15 minutes by car) It is located on a hillside overlooking the most spectacular scenery and can be reached by a winding ramped concrete road. The use of a vehicle is absolutely necessary in our opinion. The closest grocers shop where guests may purchase their daily essentials is approximately 1,5-2 km away.
