Casa Bahati - Spacious villa on the south coast of Italy

Villa Janina at Casa Bahati is an excellent place to combine the peace and quiet you’re looking for with a bit of vacation activity. It’s located within a private area where children can play, ride bikes, or burn off their energy in the kiddie pool (depending on the water supply).

The villa and the apartments (on the first floor) have their own entrances and terraces, complete with patio furniture, partial roofing, and a barbecue.

Villa Janina is located on the first floor, accessible from Casa Bahati’s enclosed parking area. You enter through the large foyer, which features a guest restroom. To the left of the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right of the hall is the spacious kitchen and living room.
The terrace (total approx. 70 m²) faces west (partially covered by an awning) and north.

The living room with open kitchen is equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, various coffee makers, and a toaster.
The living room features, among other things, a fireplace, TV, radio, fan, air conditioning, cable internet connection, and Wi-Fi.

The spacious master bedroom has a large double bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. The second bedroom has a spacious double bed and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a wardrobe, a bunk bed, and two single beds that can be converted into a double bed.

There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, a toilet, a bidet, and two showers. All bathrooms and toilets are finished with elegant tiling and original marble.

The rental includes bed linens and towels. It also includes the use of beach umbrellas (limited availability), children’s beach toys, and the use of (children’s) bicycles (limited availability).

For water and fishing enthusiasts, a wetsuit, snorkels, and harpoons are available (in limited quantities).
For the culinary enthusiasts, there are various herbs in our garden that tenants are welcome to use, such as basil, thyme, mint, rosemary, sage, arugula, and bay leaves.

For the little ones, we have cribs, high chairs, strollers, and toys available.
