Viki and Richard welcome you to their comfortable and tranquil home in Arces, close to Royan in South West France. We are lucky to be able to enjoy the peace of the countryside while being only 10 minutes from the nearest beaches. We are a Finnish/English couple who have become happily installed here in SW France. We have recently renovated our lovely 18th century farmhouse to provide not only a home but also comfortable and restful gite. The original farmhouse, a Charentaise demi-longère has been dedicated to spacious and comfortable gite with 4 en suite bedrooms, and we have created our own living space in the barns and farm buildings. We have lived and worked in the area for many a year and know our way around well; we shall be here to provide you with all help and assistance to help you make the most of your stay in the beautiful Charente Maritime.
