Super Ferienwohnung in einer sehr gepflegten kleinen Anlage mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Die Anfahrt den Berg herauf ist sehr speziell, aber nach 1-2 mal kein Problem mehr. Toller Pool, tolle Aussicht!

Schöne ruhige Lage

Das Mietobjekt ist wie angegeben über eine steile Zufahrtsstraße zu erreichen oben angekommen wird man mit einem super Ausblick belohnt. Komplette Anlage sehr sauber!

Lage oben Top, Anfahrt über viele Serpentinen

Die Lage des Objektes ist TOP, ganz oben in Olivenbäumen. Über einige Treppenstufen kommt man zum Pool mit Liegeflächen. Die Gebäude sind sehr gut gepflegt und landestypisch rustikal eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das einzig zu bemängelnde wäre die Anfahrt vom Dorf über 28 sehr enge Serpentinen. Bei uns kam Gott sei dank nie Gegenverkehr ;-) Cinzia hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und viele Fragen zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. sehr schnell und kompetent beantwortet.

Wir haben die Auszeit genossen

Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit in diesem schönen Anwesen. Die Fahrt auf den Berg ist etwas abenteuerlich (Serpentinen und sehr steil). Die Häuser sind schon und praktisch eingerichtet, der Pool ist schön und die Natur drum herum beruhigt ungemein. Danke.

Schön - aber abgelegen

Die Ferienwohnungen sind hübsch, zweckmässig und sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage wird Top in Schuss gehalten. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die Auffahrt zum Objekt: es steht zwar sogar in der Beschreibung des Objekts: aber „steil“ meint auch steil - und die Serpentinenstrasse (knapp 2km) ist sehr eng. Einige Spitzkehren sind so eng, dass man vor- und zurücksetzen muss, um rumzukommen (zumindest mit einem 4,80 langen Auto).

Erholung pur

Die Fewo von Giovanni sind einfach zu empfehlen. Die Lage des Anwesens ist besonders - auf einem Hügel gelegen zwischen Olivenbäumen und Wald. Vom Pool aus sieht mal in der Ferne das Meer. Wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, die Ausstattung der Küche zweckmäßig. Die Vermieter, die auch auf dem Anwesen leben, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen! Danke an Giovanni und seine Frau!

Unglaublich schöne Lage des Objektes!

Sehr ruhige und wunderbare Lage inmitten der toskanischen Natur auf einer Anhöhe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wurde liebevoll, aber auch sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer enthält eine Klimaanlage. Von Pool aus genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umgebende Hügellandschaft. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn das WLAN besser funktionieren könnte.

Memorable stay with gorgeous views

We were delighted with our stay in the Civetta apartment. Cinzia met us on arrival and guided us up the steep drive (it is steep and winding!) The apartment was immaculately clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and beautiful views. After a day of hiking, beach or seeing the sights, we very much enjoyed cooling off in the pool at the top of the hill. We also had fun using the outdoor grill. We would happily stay here again. Pescaglia at Luca

Well, super, super, super. very good communitaction, good description. But the upclimbing road, well, extremely good describtion but my understanding was a problem?! We came with a Volvo XC90. Robust car. But the curves and the rise of the road!!?? Our turnning cycle was too big, back and forward was necessary. The third climbing up then with fixed 2ndgear was success even for my wife. So is a challange. Nevertheless at that small mountain village house, unbelievable view into the valley of Luca. Calm. The pool is a sensation. After all, very good location, very good accommodation, very good support from property management. Summary: That location in the hills above Luca is a diamant. Wonderful to be there. Perfect place to spend family holidays!

We have spent two wonderful weeks in Le Cerrete. Everything was simply perfect - the apartment and site itself (excellent pool and terrace with stunning views on the Tuscan mountains), its location close to Lucca, supermarkets, the beaches etc and, last not least, the overwhelming hospitality and friendliness of the owners. Our two little children (3 + 2 years) loved their holidays, we all could not have enjoyed more our stay. We really recommend very strongly!!

supers vacances

Cinzia, Giuseppe et Giuseppina ont le sens de l'accueil et sont très chaleureux ! nous recommandons ces locations à tous les amoureux de la nature. le service est irréprochable ! la rencontre avec les propriétaires et les autres vacanciers est très enrichissante, le lieux est magnifique. Pise, Lucca sont proches, Florence n'est pas très loin mais il vaut mieux y aller en train depuis Lucca. seul et unique petit bémol : la route d'accès est pentue et à lacets sur 1.9 kms. il vaut mieux être bon conducteur. Mais c'est tout à fait réalisable. nous avons passés deux superbes semaines et pensons y retourner c'est certain dans les années futures... Sylvie A

Italian Tour 2017

Cinzia was great in sorting out our arrival and touring us around this absolutely stunning property. The Owners invited us to meet the other guests on the first night of our arrival which was sweet to meet families from France and Holland. The property was very well kept and views were amazing! I would definitely recommend this place for others as a relaxing location for others to enjoy their holiday!

Superb location with stunning views. Clean, comfortable, very good quality and very peaceful

The photographs don't do this place justice. The views from the property and from the pool are fantastic. At the end of a 2km windy hairpin track (which you soon get used to), the property is surrounded by forest so all you can hear is birdsong and the breeze in the trees. The property is really well equipped and comfortable. Cinzia is lovely and really helpful. Supermarket in St Martin in Freddana 15 minutes drive Loads to do in the area - Lucca is 20 minutes away - walk the walls and explore the piazzas and towers. Pisa is 45 minutes. Beaches 55 minutes. Train to Florence from Lucca Bargia and Borgo are a good scenic drive. Loads of well marked footpaths in the mountains near Pescaglia You will need a car and there are a lot of steps, but this is a really lovely place to unwind.

Beautiful!

This place is beautiful and was just what we needed after the business of Florence. Nice accommodations, great outdoor space. The kids loved relaxing by the pool.

A great retreat

Quiet, well maintained property with fantastic views. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loads to do in the area, great to cool off in the nice pool afterwards.
