***Part of Higher Hendra Farm Cottages, we have other cottages on site that sleep from 2 - 6***

Wagon House is our largest property which has 3 bedrooms.
King Bedroom, with TV and an en suite shower room on the ground floor.
Twin bedded room and a family bathroom are also on the ground floor.
Third Twin bedroom with TV and en-suite and living room are up stairs.
Also a further sitting room with 2 large sofas and TV upstairs.
Dining Room downstairs off kitchen with large table and chairs, TV and sofa.
Entrance opens into the kitchen which has a modern shaker kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Inter-grated fridge/freezer, electric over and ceramic hob. There is a utility sink as well as the kitchen sink. Well equipped for all your needs.
Double doors that lead out onto Patio with Slate table and wooden bench chairs and large enclosed garden looking out onto fields, complete with a BBQ for Alfresco eating.

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable house, and great garden space for our dog. One suggestion, not a criticism, the en-suite shower floor was very slippery and a rubber is-shower mat would be helpful.

Lovely and relaxing.

We stayed with our 2 daughters 24 and 22 and our dog. The cottage was lovely and our dog loved the secure garden. The cottage has everything you need for self catering and we enjoyed every minute of it. We visited lots of places, as the cottage is a great base to do this.

Wonderful base for exploring Cornwall. Very clean and beautiful cottage. Would highly recommend. Spacious garden which is fully enclose if you have a dog that likes to wander. BBQ and outdoor seating included. The gorgeous Port Isaac just a few minutes up the road is well worth a visit.

quiet area apart from the lovely sound of bleating sheep. Not praticulary good view over the fields.

Area ideal for peace and quiet. Not too far to the beaches but coast path very difficult for those with poor mobility.Most beaches were down steep paths again not ideal for those with walking difficulties. Overall a pleasant week;s break.

Cornwall vacation

The cottage is situated on a farm and it was a lovely cottage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Every day there was fresh eggs available. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Lovely, clean dog friendly cottage close to amenities less than 10 minute to beach (Pot Isaacs). Secured garden for our dogs. Cottage fully equipped. Friendly and approachable hosts. Will definitely comr again and would recommend to others.

Ideal location

Wonderful stay at Wagon House at Higher Hendra Farm!

We had a delightful stay at Wagon House at Higher Hendra Farm. The cottage was more impressive than the photos and very well equipped! The location was perfect for walking on the Coastal Path both and for drives to northern and southwestern Cornwall as well as inland. we enjoyed our evening strolls to watch the setting sun over the ocean. We would definitely recommend and return.

Lovely stay

We booked this property very last minute and we were hugely impressed with the presentation and position of the barn. Set surrounded by fields but within an easy drive of beautiful beaches and coastal towns. The garden is secure and was perfect for our two dogs and also to have a bbq or sundowner. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. The pictures do not do the place justice.

What a surprise the cottage was lovely and clean and very spacious, much more than we thought we would get from our booking, hosts very attentive making sure everything was fine with our stay would recommend the cottage to anyone, will definitely be going back next year maybe try one of the other one on the site.

Spacious cottage in great location

We booked this cottage for a last minute trip to Cornwall. Booking was straightforward & host was brilliant with communication & was there to welcome us & let us in. Cottage would easily take 6 people & has a good size garden if you have a dog. It was so lovely & quiet we were surprised. Only 2 miles from Port Isaac & so easy to get around. All beaches within easy reach. We would happily recommend & would stay again. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location to explore North Cornwall. Very well equipped property… lovely hosts, there, if you needed them , but not intrusive at all! Had the best time. Ideal for a family gathering … renting multiple cottages…together but separate!!! Thank you!!

St Teath Cottage

Cozy cottage in rural Cornwall close to lots of places to visit. Ground floor set up ideal for parents with mobility issues. Quiet location. Host attentive as required- resolved issues promptly. Contactless check in and out- perfect in heightened times of Covid. When blowing gale and pouring with rain perfect place to hunker down in the cozy snug.

Wagon House is the largest of our cottages here at Higher Hendra. It is the perfect space for families with 2 bedroom's with en-suite, a further sitting room upstairs and a large enclosed garden for games, family get-togethers and your furry friends!

Perfect spot for some star gazing, with no street lights when it's a clear night it's just perfect.

With parking on your doorstep, the coastal path just over the road and the nearest beach being 2 miles away what would stop you from booking!!
