What a fantastic location with stunning views over the ocean and mountains!

Romantic Penthouse in El Cotillo Fuerteventura. Ffom here one can enjoy romantic sunsets with the sun falling into the sea.

Villa & Charme id 4888 is a comfortable new apartment situated just 100 mt from the sandy beach Piedra Playa and from the village of El Cotillo.

Bus station is near by so car is not essential.

El Cotillo used to be an old fishing village nowadays become a top touristic destination in Fuerteventura .

For beach and surf lovers it offers plenty of sandy beaches and charming lagoons with crystal and clear waters

Bar , restaurants, cafe and surf schools are just 5 minuts walking

The apartment is located on 2 floors : first and attic floor.

First : living with sofa and smart tv , fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven and dish-washer – double bedroom with large wardrobe – bathroom with shower.

attic floor _ verandah with great views and terrace equipped with sunbeds. Bathroom with washing machine.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung rundum genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht – ein echtes Highlight! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber: unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas brauchten. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Wunderschönes Appartement

Wir waren eine Woche im März hier. Wunderschöne Wohnung mit wunderbaren Ausblick von der Terrasse.Alles vorhanden und super Betreuung vom Eigentümer.In der Symbolbeschreibung steht ein Whirlpool, dieses ist aber nicht vorhanden.Ansonsten alles bestens und man kann es nur empfehlen.

Lovely modern apartment

Well fitted out with great rooms including balcony on upper floor. On edge of lovely village beside ancient fort . Close to great restaurants and supermarkets. There are a lot of mobile homes on desert outside- windsurfers etc but very quiet at all times

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns vor Ort empfangen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist neu aber schlicht gehalten. Alles war sehr sauber. Die ruhige Lage am Rand des Ortes bietet einen tollen Blick nach Süden auf den großen Strand. Das WLAN ist schnell. Wir konnten über unseren FireTV-Stick problemlos streamen. (ein weiterer Stromanschluss am TV wäre dafür noch wünschenswert)

Fantastic seaview and great location

We enjoyed so much this lovely apartment and the terrace with sunset views.Everything is new and well kept. Materasse of high standard and comfort not easy to be found. The apartment is very clean. The beach in front of the apartment is the best beach in El Cotillo. Great quality/price ratio. Looking forward coming back again!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Wohnung war superschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten viel Ruhe und eine traumhafte Umgebung, genauso wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die Wohnung war mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Super Betreuung von Sabrina!!!

Modern & Comfortable Apartment Near the Beach

I stayed at this very modern apartment for 2 weeks in Dec 2023. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in, whilst on holiday! The property is in a lovely, tranquil location within walking distance of an amazing beach, great restaurants, shops & a bus station. The property is brand new. There are currently new properties being modernised & built around it, so sometimes - there is the sound of construction taking place. However, this did not affect the tranquility and peacefulness of my holiday. The property is situated right at the end of the village, with no obstructions in front of it. You literally have a direct view to the sea from your right and vast mountains to your left. A prime location indeed! :-) I do not drive, so being close to the bus station was ideal for me. You can make connections to the whole island from outside the apartment. Just buy a Bono Card from the bus driver, then you can change buses & go anywhere. But, if you are a driver - then hiring a car is HIGHLY recommended. I actually spent more time in El Cotillo itself than I did travelling, as it is my most favourite part of Fuerteventura - that I have stayed in so far. The owner Sabrina, was extremely helpful from the initial booking to even arranging a taxi to the airport for me on my last day, as the area is not touristy like other areas & there are no local taxi services nearby. So, thank you for that Sabrina - It was greatly appreciated it! :-) I would definitely stay here again
