Elegant apartments of 70 square meters. on the 3rd and 4th attic floors in a recently renovated period building with fine finishes and elevator. Apartments consisting of: double bedroom, bedroom with double bed or with two single beds and double sofa bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave, air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating, 3 TVs, free wifi. Despite being in the center, it enjoys total tranquility and silence, overlooking a characteristic Ligurian internal courtyard and the pedestrian area of Via Torino that flows into the beach. The weekly cost does not include utilities (electricity, gas and water) while sheets, towels are included. Paid car parking under the house and free parking nearby.

Perfekte Lage und super sauber

Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, so sauber wie unbenutzt bzw neu. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Innenstadt und gleichzeitig ist man sofort am Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants, Bars und Cafes liegen in direkter Nähe...genau wie der Strand. Es ist eine Traum-Lage. Wir werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber gehalten. Die Lage ist super. Das einzige Problem war es einen kostenlosen Parkatz zu finden. Ansonsten super!

Lovely apartment in central area of town ,

Apartmemt is in great location , near beach. We stayed in apartment 9 .The 2 bedrooms are a good size and beds are comfortable but the central living area is on the small size with just 1 sofa to sit on and 4 dining chairs , which is fine if you don’t spend much time in the apartment . The balcony is long and narrow , it gets the sun from early morning until sunset it has high sides so you can only see view when you are standing .The apartment was clean but the sofa is badly stained , and the quilts on the beds were a bit grubby ., we didn’t need these as it was warm . There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and main living area which is very effective . There are TV s in all rooms with Italian stations available. The unit in the living area that the TV sits on is not secured to the wall and almost toppled a few times when we opened unit doors - this is a hazard as could easily topple on a child ! Overall a good apartment , it can sleep 6 as it has a mezzanine but I feel the living space would be too tight for 6 people , especially if you wanted to sit round the dining table to eat etc .A kettle would be a useful addition to the kitchen .

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung

Mittendrin - Strand, Shopping, Supermärkte alles in Laufweite. Alassio hat sehr schöne Läden. Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone. Freie Parkplätze sind innerhalb von 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Tamara ist ein sehr guter Host, unterstützt und ist gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Wow, this is the perfect accommodation in Alassio!

Spent a bit more than a week with my wife and two teenage boys here in June. It was simply fantastic. Everything from the location, the apartment itself, to the property owner and the manager. It was newly refurbished in a modern style and everything was working as expected. With an unbeatable location close to the beach, shops, restaurants, you should just book now! :-) Thanks Tamara for letting us stay at your place! We will be back for sure.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung kg sehr gut. Die Ausstattung modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein direkt in der Innenstadt nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Wir kommen wieder!

Very clean and great location!!

The host was very friendly and had all three apartments set up for us before we arrived. Tamara was also very flexible with the check in and check out times. Will definitely be staying here again!

Bellissimo appartamento, in posizione strategica

A due passi dal mare, in una via molto viva, ma non chiassosa, questo appartamento ristrutturato di recente, ha tutti i confort per una vacanza serena. Menzione speciale per i proprietari, che si preoccupano di fornire ogni confort necessario, dando anche regole chiare e sempre nel rispetto della legge.
