At Propertri, our story is rooted in a simple idea: that everyone deserves a comfortable, welcoming space to stay—whether they’re travelling for business, visiting family, or exploring somewhere new. Based in the vibrant city of Newport, we’ve grown from managing a few well-loved homes to curating a portfolio of over 50 carefully selected properties across the area.

Our mission is to provide more than just accommodation, we aim to create spaces that feel like home. From luxury riverside apartments with sweeping views of the River Usk to newly refurbished maisonettes with private parking and spacious townhouses perfect for larger groups, we have something to suit every kind of traveller.

Newport is a city rich in history, culture, and connection. Whether you’re a contractor needing flexible, reliable accommodation, a business traveller working nearby, or a family looking for a relaxing base to explore South Wales, our properties are designed with your comfort in mind. We offer short and extended stays, with modern amenities, thoughtful touches, and prime locations close to transport, nature, and local attractions.

But what truly sets us apart is our dedicated local team. We're here to ensure your stay is smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from the moment you book until the time you check out.

At Propertri, we don’t just offer keys, we offer care, comfort, and a warm Welsh welcome.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this area because it offers the perfect blend of convenience, character, and calm. Right in the heart of Newport, yet tucked just enough away from the hustle and bustle, it’s a place where you can soak up city energy one minute and enjoy peaceful river views the next.

One of the things we love most is the walk along the River Usk, especially in the early morning, when the light dances on the water and the city is just beginning to stir. You're never far from something to do here: Friars Walk Shopping Centre is just around the corner, packed with shops, restaurants, and cafés, yet there are also plenty of quiet spots where you can unwind with a coffee and watch the world go by.

We also value how well-connected the area is. Whether you're commuting to Cardiff, exploring Bristol, or even heading into London, the transport links are spot-on, with the railway station just a short walk away.

What makes it special is the balance, it’s urban living with a peaceful, scenic twist. You can enjoy riverside sunsets from the balcony, stroll into town for dinner, or hop on a train for a day out, all from your doorstep. It’s a place that feels both vibrant and grounded, and that’s what makes it feel like home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What truly sets our property apart is its rare combination of style, space, and location all wrapped up with calming river views right in the heart of Newport.

From the moment you step inside, you're welcomed by a light-filled open-plan living space that flows effortlessly out to a sun-facing balcony, where you can sip your morning brew or enjoy a quiet evening overlooking the water. The natural light, paired with thoughtfully chosen furnishings, gives the home a fresh, modern feel that’s both comfortable and practical.

Unlike many city-centre flats, ours offers a real sense of space with two well-proportioned double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and the added benefit of a private allocated parking space, a huge plus in such a central location.

And while you're only minutes from the lively shops, restaurants and entertainment of Friars Walk, the apartment itself remains a peaceful hideaway above it all. Whether you're working remotely, visiting family, or exploring South Wales, it’s a home that makes city living feel effortless.

It’s that balance, bright, modern comfort with everyday convenience that makes our property stand out from the rest.
