Beautifully situated, recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with sitting room/kitchen, shaded outside dining, terraces off each bedroom and heated 11m pool. Private entrance and parking. Close to the village of Seillans, officially one of the 'plus beaux villages de France' and the Côte d'Azur. 50 minutes drive to Nice airport.

We are a British family who lived in Paris from 2006-2022. After years searching southern France for the perfect area, we bought Le Rouquier in 2022 as our future retirement home in the beautiful Var region. We have 2 grown up children and a teenager who all love holidaying in Seillans, enjoying the pool, the peace, the coast and the Provençal lifestyle.

In the countryside and yet 5 minutes drive to a beautiful village with all ameneties, including restaurants and supermarket. 40 minutes from the coast and 50 minutes to Nice airport.
この宿泊施設の特徴
The cottage shares a 2.5 hectare plot with the main farmhouse, however the two buildings are completely independent and distanced from each other. The cottage is fully screened from the house and has it's own driveway with separate entrance from the road. The cottage is adjacent to the pool, with bedroom 2 and it's terrace looking directly towards it. The cottage would be perfect for a family of 4 or two couples, friends or one couple. You will have the benefit of a large heated 11m pool as well as the large terraced grounds which combine nature and discreet landscaping. A haven of peace. 5 minutes from Seillans, one of the 'plus beaux villages de France'.
