Organized into 4 apartments on three levels, the villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

The first floor is a 4-person apartment on two levels, connected by interior staircases:
> first level : 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed, desk, TV and direct access to the terrace, 1 dressing room with safe, 1 shower room, 2 separate toilets, 1 laundry room (18kg washing machine, 16kg tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line), 1 large living room with workspace, 1 dining room, 1 fully-equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine).
> Lower level: 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed (windowless), TV, safe and storage space, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 hammam, 1 relaxation area with large-screen TV, table soccer and fitness area.

The second floor comprises 3 apartments:
> 2 apartments for 2 people with double bedroom, safe and storage space, shower room and toilet, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, combined microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine), ironing board and iron, living room and private terrace with panoramic sea view;

On the first floor, the apartment opens onto a large terrace with panoramic sea views, fully equipped for perfect moments of relaxation and conviviality: pool-spa, 6x2.4 m (including jacuzzi and counter-current swimming area, 1,4 deep, with bar cover), deckchairs, large outdoor table seating 10, plancha and lounge area.

On request at the time of booking and at no extra charge, we can provide travelers with a cot (with fitted sheet), high chair and baby cutlery.

Each apartment in the villa has a welcome booklet containing the rules of life in the villa, as well as information on the operation of appliances if necessary.

Parking is located outside, in front of the property. 3 parking spaces are included in the rental price.

Access to the apartments is via staircases on two levels.

The villa is available for rent in its entirety.

Located on the heights of the village of Le Rayol Canadel sur Mer, the villa is in a quiet, leafy residential area.
Shops and the Tourist Office are 1km away, and the beach 1.6km (20-minute walk). Please note that the villa is located on a hill. The return journey may therefore take a little longer.
During the summer months, free local shuttles are available. The bus stop is 400m from the villa.

In front of the property, 4 outdoor parking spaces are included in the rental price.
To get around in and around the commune, remember to take a parking disc, as many parking spaces are in blue zones with compulsory discs (on sale at the Tourist Office if necessary).
During the summer, free local shuttles take you to the beaches of Rayol, Canadel and Pramousquier (bus stop 400m from the villa).
