Situated just a few minutes from the famous and enchanting town of Bellagio and nestled in lush park with stunning views of the Alps and the iconic Lake Como, we find this 6 Bedroom Villa, a splendid property that owes its unique charm to its owners' innate passion and taste.
This villa has appeared in several high-profile magazines and is divided into two levels. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with breakfast table equipped with the latest generation of professional appliances, a sleeping area, a dining room, a suggestive living room, whose impressive glass windows frame the magnificent view, and, last but not least, the large outdoor terrace with its breathtaking panoramic view of the Alps and Lake Como.
On the lower floor there is a cosy living room that has a fireplace and can be used as a cinema room, a beautiful boiserie bookcase, a wine cellar, another sleeping area and a lovely veranda with large panoramic windows overlooking the Alps.
Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in the main villa, which comprises four double and two single bedrooms.
For larger groups, there is a separate guest house comprising one double and one single bedroom, a large kitchen, and a fully-equipped gym. It also boasts its own private terrace with beautiful views.
The Villa is perched on the mountainside above Bellagio at an altitude of approximately 680 metres. The climate here is cool and breezy, a perfect solution for those who prefer to escape the humid, sultry heat of the lake during the summer, but still want to be able to reach it within a few minutes.
The interior of the property is finished to a high standard and also features countless pieces of custom-made furniture from various renowned international designers and craftsmen, as well as elegant Biedermeier furnishings and, dotted around every corner of the house, astonishing items and artefacts worthy of the most sought-after sixteenth-century Wunderkammer.
Inside the 12,000-square-metre park you will be completely engulfed and insulated by the natural surroundings. Here you will find hundreds of different species of plants, many of them centuries old and of rare beauty, numerous statues, fountains, a charming forest and countless viewpoints where you can relax and contemplate the fascinating panorama.
