Peaceful Stay with Far-Reaching Views

A warm and cosy space to relax, find peace and regain balance. A view from the hot tub of Chatsworth house. A place to get away from it all but with an amazing village with pub and tea rooms 15 min walk away. You park your car in the car park and make the 5 minute walk to the Barn on foot. A torch and walking boots would be a good idea. If you would like your luggage or food shop delivered to the Barn door, please let us know in advance.

Tranquility in a nutshell

June 2024 - Myself and my partner have just come back from a fantastic peaceful weekend at The Barn 😊 Emma our host was very warm and welcoming and offered to help us with our bags nothing was too much trouble. The barn was in a secluded location with amazing views overlooking the hills a few minutes from our car . There was a bottle of prosecco and Bakewell tart on our arrival which was a nice touch. A hot tub which we made use of both days . The Barn itself was very clean and extremely comfortable and a real pleasure to stay in. If you want a peace of heaven in a tranquil place this is the place to come, away from it all but within easy walking distance of Eyam -15 minutes. Quaint little Village with lots of history Village Green Cafe (family run business) does amazing breakfast cobs fantastic coffee and have very welcoming staff . The barn is a lovely weekend getaway that lived up to our expectations and much more , we will be back ! 😊

Set apart from the main cottages, it offers a real sense of quiet and seclusion, with a private terrace and hot tub looking out across the surrounding countryside. Inside, The Barn is warm, stylish and thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is ideal for couples who want to slow down, enjoy nature, walk from the door, and return to a calm and cosy space at the end of the day. Please note, The Barn is reached by a short walk across the field from the car park, which is part of its quiet, tucked-away charm. It is best suited to guests who are happy with a rural setting and are looking for stillness, views and a proper switch-off stay.
