A Stunning Rural Finca - Tinajo, Lanzarote

A perfect location for Rest and Relaxation, Walking, Cycling or Surfing Holidays. Children aged 10 years and over are welcome. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

La Finca is located within a private enclosed annex of a much larger property located in Tinajo on the north-west of Lanzarote. We are only 25 minutes away from the airport by car. It has its own private driveway, entrance and is completely separated from the main house. The large pool and surrounding recreation area is exclusively for use of guests and is not a shared facility. La Finca provides the perfect accommodation for tourists who prefer rural holidays away from the traditional tourist towns on the island. Perfect for simply relaxing and a good base for those who enjoy activities such as walking, cycling or ocean board or wind surfing at nearby Famara Beach and. For guests bringing their own cycles or surf boards there is plenty of secure storage space. For serious athletes we are situated close to Club La Santa being only 7 minutes away by car and 30 minutes cycling. If you plan to get around the island, then car hire is recommended.

GENERAL
La Finca is maintained and cleaned to the highest standard and well-equipped offering guests all the comforts of home. The interior and furnishings provide a cosy and traditional feel of Spanish village life whilst providing the added benefit of a spacious exterior with a 10.5m x 4.5m pool for the exclusive use of guests, seating, and additional outside dining. Being in an annex of the main house means that we are on hand to help and support guests if needed during their stay whilst fully respecting your privacy at all times.

EXTERNAL
La Finca is a spacious single-story property with a private gated driveway for off-road parking and is fully enclosed for privacy and security. The pool area is spacious with a 10.5m x 4.5m solar heated pool, toilet, shower, seating area and additional outside dining for the exclusive use of La Finca guests. This external area is not a shared facility. To the front there is a large brick-built barbeque with external dining table and chairs. El Monte de Los Purios provides a stunning backdrop and views to the rear. The pool area is completely private and is not overlooked by other villas.

INTERNAL
La Finca interior is spacious, spotlessly clean, and traditionally furnished to a high standard throughout. The property is accessed through sliding doors into the lounge and the accommodation comprises of lounge, kitchen, utility room, separate dining room and a large well-equipped bathroom.

BEDROOMS
A stylish corridor leads on to the double and twin bedrooms each having good wardrobe space. Please note: Only one bedroom is made-up when occupied by 2 guests which can be the Double or Twin room as required.

Everything as Expected

This is a lovely property in a quieter part of Lanzarote - car required. The property is exactly as advertised and the communication was good from the point of booking through to check-out. The pool is great (if a little cold in February) and there are some good restaurants within walking distance.

Unwind in luxury

Beautiful accommodation in quiet wee village, the perfect place to de-compress and unwind. All needs catered for, including washing machine and a dishwasher! Very friendly host who left lots of info about local attractions and shops etc. recommend.

Great rural villa

Excellent villa for exploring the centre and North coast of the island. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space and the villa is equipped with everything you need. Mimi was a great host, and Tinajo was a very friendly village with small, good quality bars and restaurants. Thanks very much

A great base for exploring Lanzarote

Tucked away behind a volcano and in a quiet residential area of Tinajo, we found this place to be a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The host lives next door and was welcoming and accommodating, providing toys for our children to play with and extra tools for the barbecue when we enquired. We’ll be back next time we’re on the island.

Great stay in tinajo

Nice property in tinajo , a small town with a few basic shops and restaurants. Well placed to explore the island in all directions. The property is as described, clean and tidy with a great selection of TV and films available from the box. It has everything you need. It was easy to check in and Sara and Kate looked after us even when our flight was delayed horribly. The pool is nice and is solar heated so doesn't get really warm but nice enough for a dip.

Fantastic

We were well received by the owners who gave us advice on activities and places of interest on the island. The house is very quiet, at the foot of a volcano, not overlooked, with a private heated swimming pool. We highly recommend!

Very nice and calm finca

The house is perfect if there is good weather. We had several cold and stormy days and the temperature of the pool and inside the house became uncomfortable.The interior of the finca is very good quality and is arranged with great aesthetic taste."

Amazing stay at La Finca

We stayed for one week at La Finca and absolutely loved it! The house is comfortable and has all the necessary equipment. The surroundings are very quiet and the village of Tinajo is lovely and well located on the island. Mimi who welcomed us on our first day is very friendly and made us feel at home straight away. The welcome pack in the fridge was very much appreciated :-) We definitely recommend La Finca for an amazing stay in Lanzarote.

Perfect winter summerholiday

We loved staying at the Finca for Christmas and New Years. There was a few events in Tinajo, which were really nice. Tinajo also has everything one needs. A small supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery.The Finca itself was lovely. We stayed with 4 adults and we had more than enough space. The interior was lovely, the poolside as well. The weather wasn't as we had hoped but that is not to blame on Sara, who has been a wonderful host. She answered all questions we had about getting around on the island and kept us informed about maintanance work (like the pool cleaner coming). I can fully recommend staying at this lovely Finca.

Beautiful Finca!

We had the most amazing stay, a wonderful village with everything you need. The restaurants within walking distance were perfect, as was the bakery with fabulous coffee and pastries. The Finca is so peaceful with the most wonderful private pool, the best we've stayed in. There was everything you would need, from pots and pans to a thoughtful welcome pack of beer, wine, water, teas etc. Wonderful seating areas that we used at different times of the day, from breakfast to sundowners. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower was excellent! Communication with the hosts was great and they always went the extra mile, thank you! Couldn't recommend this Finca enough, get to see the real Lanzarote. We will be back!

Incredible stay, loved everything about it, will definitely be returning!

From the day of booking, Kate was brilliant with communication, answering questions, providing information about the villa, the surrounding areas, where to visit and the excursions. As soon we arrived at the villa, Sean was there to meet us, show us around and tell us all about the villa. It was immaculate inside, like a home from home with everything you could need, and the bathroom was huge! Plenty of space for a family, a couple or a group of friends. The pool was a great size and was very clean. There was plenty of outside furniture with loungers, a side area and a dining area along with an outside shower and toilet. The whole villa is completely private, very quiet and has it's own driveway if you decide to rent a car. The town where the villa is situated has some lovely restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket which comes in very handy. We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, Sean and Sara couldn't have been more attentive and Kate the representative was just so lovely from the very beginning. Thank you, we loved every minute of our holiday.

Wir waren vom 19.07 bis 09.08.25 in der schönen Finca in der noch ursprünglichen Gemeinde Tinajo im mittleren Westen der Insel. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Zum Einkaufen, für die Fahrten an die Strände und auch um die Insel erkunden zu können. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen kleinen aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt, der hat aber am Sonntag geschlossen. Die Finca liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einen sehr großen Pool, der zu kleinen Wettkämpfen innerhalb der Familie einlädt, der sich in einem großen und wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Blick auf den kleinen Vulkan befindet. Diesen kann man auch besteigen. Das Haus hat ländlichen Charakter und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die im Portal dargestellten Fotos stimmen absolut mit der Örtlichkeit überein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Haus verfügt über alles, was man für 3 Wochen als Selbstversorger braucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sara, die Schwiegertochter der Besitzerin, die genau wie sie direkt nebenan wohnt, hat uns die ganze Zeit betreut und waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend zu uns und hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das Willkomenspaket (Wasser, Wein, Bier, Brot und süße Croissants), herzlichen Dank hierfür. Es war rund um schön und sehr erholsam.

Y repetimos!

Es la segunda vez que hemos viajado a Lanzarote y nos hemos vuelto a alojar en Tinajo, en la Finca. Es perfecta para 4 personas, tiene todo lo necesario y la piscina es espectacular. El pueblo además tiene todo tipo de servicios por lo que la estancia se hace muy cómoda. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido estupenda! Vacaciones de 10! Gracias por todo!

Zauberhafter Ort für entspannte Tage

Vacaciones Excepcionales!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Tinajo. Es un pueblo pequeño, muy bonito, tranquilo pero con todo lo necesario: supermercado, panadería, Pescaderia, farmacia, banco, bares… En cuanto a la casa, es una gozada! Está puesta con mucho gusto, no le falta detalle y la piscina es un auténtico lujo. Kate y Mimi han sido súper amables y nos han proporcionado todo tipo de información además de darnos una grata sorpresa a nuestra llegada (croissants, café, leche...). Repetiría sin dudarlo...

Hemos pasado unos días magníficos en la finca de Tinajo. La casa es cómoda y acogedora, además, con una ubicación muy tranquila que permite relajarse y también disfrutar de la piscina. En cuanto a Sean y Sara, han sido encantadores ayudando con cualquier detalle. Gracias por todo!

La beauté

Le séjour à Lanzarote était merveilleux. La maison est douillette et très bien équipée. Le guide d'accueil de la maison et les informations fournies en amont de notre séjour nous ont permis d'en profiter au maximum.
