Located on the 1st floor of a building with swimming pool and just a few meters from all the bathing options, such as the salt water pools "Lago Martiánez", and the beach of "Martiánez". The terrace and the views of the studio overlook the beautiful promenade of the Avenida de Las Palmeras, which leads to the beach and to the commercial centre, where you will find shops, restaurants and supermarket. The large window makes the studio very bright. The folding bed is integrated in the same space together with the sofa-bed and the kitchen. If desired, once folded down, it gives more space to the whole accommodation. All these elements give it a modern, spacious and cosy look. By the way, the swimming pool is just a few steps away from the studio, with access from the same corridor where the accommodation is located. Our accommodation is in a unique and unbeatable location, just a few steps away from the famous salt water swimming pools "Lagos Martiánez", designed by the multifaceted artist César Manrique. The Martiánez Beach is also only 500 metres from the studio. There are also many restaurants, bars and entertainment options. The shopping centre "Martiánez", with shops, supermarket and parking (for a fee), is about 50 metres away.
