Rutland View is a modern 3 storey town house, with accommodation for up to 8 people ideally located in the historic market town of Oakham, surrounded by beautiful Rutland countryside.
A 5 minute walk takes you into the town centre with its many restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and traditional tea rooms.
If you like to walk or cycle Rutland Water is easily accessed by the cycle path located 1 minute from the property.

This is one of, if not the cleanest, properties that we have stayed at. Four of us were able to eat, sleep and rest in comfort. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Easy to find and easy to park. Thank you

A happy weekend

Very good accommodation for us as a group of friends on our annual get together. Room to sit and chat in the the kitchen and living room, and lovely outdoor area. Beds very comfy. Long mirrors in every bedroom room would be good.

This townhouse packs a lot of accommodation into a compact footprint. We were only two, but it can squeeze eight in, as long as they all get along. We found it comfortable and convenient for local facilities, especially for the annual Global Bird Fair, which was our reason for the visit. It is comfortable and well equipped, except we noted no laundry facilities, which we did not need. There were nice touches, like videos, books and games, none of which we used, but were good to see. For us it was a convenient and comfortable stay, you get a lot of compact bang for your buck, in a good location.

Aldi Morrisons and McDonald's are a couple of mins drive. Restaurants and shops 10 mins slow walk but car park also near by shops. Comfortable stay, we used as a base for biking 15 miles round Rutland water. Double bedroom on ground floor with toilet by the door. Then another double on top floor with ensuite shower room. A twin room and a bunk bed room with main bath room and over bath shower. Very good for large families. We didn't use the kitchen because chippy was also good near by.
