The holiday home is located in Pollino di Premeno, a town on the Piemont hills above Verbania-Intra on Lake Maggiore. Close by, guests will find the golf course, scenic spots and a lakeside hiking area within a 10-minute driving distance to enjoy a vacation close to nature.

Pollino is a strategic location for visiting Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands or enjoying the famous routes dedicated to mountain biking and walking. From the rental, you can easily reach Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands in less than 30 minutes, visit the Piedmont coast (Arona, Meina, Stresa, Intra, Cannero, Cannobbio, Locarno, Lugano) and take the ferry from Intra (10-15 minutes drive from here) arriving after 20 minutes of navigation at Laveno Mombello, the Lombard coast (Laveno Mombello, Angera, Ranco, Ispra, Luino, Maccagno).
