From a humble beginning, I started short term rental in 2021 with this very property which I owned at the time. I have since been able to build two other properties in addition to this and are now operating 3 unites i.e 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom all of which are very well equipped and furnished with all modern amenities.
My primary motivation was the opportunity to meet new people from all walks of life and then having the privilege to offer a service for them

The community 3 area is one of the prime communities in Tema and as such it was the perfect location for foreigners who would have a need of being able to easily move about making their stay worth the while.
