Just a short stroll away, there is a local supermarket with a fresh bakery. And you will discover the charming sandy beach of La Fustera adorned with quaint beach bars, providing an idyllic setting for leisurely seaside moments.Perched atop a gentle hillside, the villa boasts unparalleled privacy, surrounded by lush natural greenery. Step onto the top floor to bask in the Mediterranean sun on the terrace, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, complete with an outdoor shower for your convenience. The outdoor space features a variety of seating options, from sun loungers for soaking up rays to a shaded lounge area ideal for unwinding with a good book or savoring a tranquil drink.Inside, the living and dining area exudes comfort, with plush sofas and a dining table for communal meals. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the smart TV.
