The area is easily accessible through a 15 minutes drive from the Aktio Airport (or 3 hours drive from the Athens airport). Lefkada, one of the seven islands still remains quite unspoiled renowned for its spectacular beaches, small villages, lush landscape and magnificent sea views.

CLIMATE RESILIENCE TAX
As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.
Owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect from their guests the Climate Resilience Tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows:
€10.00 per night on stays between March 1 and October 31, &
€4.00 per night on stays between November 1 and February 28/29.
The relevant Climate Resilience Tax is to be paid at the property IN CASH UPON ARRIVAL.
All owners are then obliged to remit these monies on your behalf to government authorities.
Under no circumstances is this relative to the accommodation rental charges.
