Villa rental close to the beach on the island of Crete, in western Chania.
Iro Royal’s strategic hilltop location is ideal for a relaxing stay near the beautiful beaches of Tavronitis.
Iro Royal Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a beautiful pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated), and a furnished barbecue area where you can dine outside.
At the disposal of Villa Iro guests: private pool (50 m2) with a separate part for small children and an outdoor Jacuzzi (not heated); covered, furnished gazebo with large wood barbecue, wood burning oven; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; Wifi internet; private parking; air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living area.

Amazing villa with beautiful view of the mountains and sea. Lots of space outside and well positioned to visit the sights and restaurants of western Crete. Babis was a superstar and always available for help and advice. We would not hesitate to return in the future.

Stayed for 5 nights in July. Car is essential but lovely views of the coast and white mountains. Villa is impressive and would highly recommend. Outside seating is great. Table tennis and new pool table a great addition. Check in and out easy so can’t provide any negatives.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished throughout. The pool was amazing and having a secure area for younger children was a great bonus. There was plenty of seating around the property as well as shaded areas to relax during the day.The pool table and table tennis were great additions and kept everyone entertained, while the washing machine was very useful during our stay. The location was excellent, with everything we wanted to do within a short drive. We visited local beaches, a nearby bee farm, a go-kart track, and even enjoyed an amazing jet ski safari. We also hired a quad bike for a few days, which was a great way to explore the area. The local taverna at the bottom of the hill was friendly and served great food. Communication was excellent throughout, and we received plenty of helpful recommendations. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would happily return in the future

Many thanks to Babis and his collagues for his kind and generous support during our stay. We had a fabulous time at the villa which was a great place to stay for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Villa was great and outdoor space was perfect for us. Great location for visiting Western Crete as well as a short walk to the lovely local restaurant in Polemarchi. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and the team at Posarelli who helped make it a memorable holiday.

Had a fabulous holiday. Both Posarelli, prior to holiday, and Babis, during the holiday, were most helpful and timely with communication. Need a car for location. Location of villa fantastic for visiting nearby beaches and tavernas. A/C excellent. Indoor and outdoor facilities top notch (please note that showers are fully functioning but perhaps a tad dated). Outdoor kitchen much loved. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Views breath taking from Villa - Sea, Mountains and Valley No complaints

What an amazing time we had here. This villa is great for a small group of friends or family. Wonderful scenery around us. we really enjoyed the pool and being outdoors. the rooms were a good size. Great amenities on site. Our host Bebis was incredibly helpful and so polite. He was very accommodating. He gave us many recommendations and what to beware of. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely visit again. One of the best villas you could stay in. I would 100% recommend

This was a long awaited family holiday for us and it couldn’t have been any better. The villa was absolutely stunning with amazing views, especially for the sunset. Our host was exceptional and gave us a fantastic head start with pins for locally attractions and restaurants. The villa was so clean and just gorgeous, with everything you would ever need to hand. Beautiful outdoor cooking area which became a favourite spot of ours. We loved reading the guest book where not a bad word was said. Wonderful villa, wonderful views and a wonderful host. Thank you for such a beautiful week with my family The only downside was only booking a week!

The house was even better than in the photos. Our stay was amazing. The villa is beautiful, very well maintained and super clean. Babis welcomed us wonderfully, he was super friendly and communicative and gave us many great recommendations of places to visit. He really took the time to make sure we had a perfect stay. When we arrived the fridge and kitchen were already stocked with things prepared for us which was such a thoughtful touch. When we left we even received some lovely local treats as gifts. The view from the villa is incredible, the pool is fantastic and the barbecue area is beautifully done. The location is also great and makes it very easy to get around and explore Crete. Everything was just perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone

This was an amazing villa. It is up in the mountains a bit so you need a car but we knew this. Its very quick to drive to the next town and there is a lovely taverna less than 5 minutes walk down the hill. The villa has everything you need. It was very clean and the pool area was very well maintained. Great BBQ section also with tools etc for a BBQ. We also made use of the table tennis area when we had a few days of rain. Fantastic view from the villa too. We were very kindly given a little gift when we left also that had some olive oil, raki and honey (all small enough to be taken on the plane). The villa and the management company were excellent and we would absolutely recommend going forwards.

The villa and service provided was outstanding. The Villa itself is spotless and all items are to the highest standard. The villa has the feel of a 5 Star London Hotel in design and decor with highly polished marble floor, a beautiful staircase and quality at every turn. The kitchen is well stocked and the welcome basket and selection of wines was a very nice touch. The views from the Villa are beyond expectations and the photos on line cannot do it justice. They are breathtaking and we found ourselves wondering why go out at all, when the villa, pool and views were so perfect. The service provided by Stella and Babis was amazing and many thanks to them personally. The villa is more remote so do expect to drive for everything, but for us that is what we want, to get away and be in our own perfect bubble and this villa is perfect for that.

I loved everything about this place. Wonderful Villa with incredible views in a quiet peaceful location yet so easy to get to the sea, restaurants and shops. Babis our host is a great guy. So responsive warm, friendly and gave us lots of information on where to go and how to get there. I wish we could have stayed longer as 12 nights wasn't enough!

We had a spectacular time at this restful, private, beautiful villa nestled in the mountains and overlooking the sea. The scent of roses and thyme. Our children had a great time splashing in the pool and took great advantage of the balconies and outdoor spaces. Highly recommended. We appreciated being just far enough into the countryside and not in the touristy urban areas. Babis took excellent care of us and was generous and accommodating with arrival and departure. No complaints and would return again in a heartbeat.
