With a well-equipped American kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including microwave, oven and dishwasher, you will have everything you need. The apartment also has amenities such as lift, internet access (wifi) and heat pump heating to ensure your comfort at all times.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

All bookings require the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. The details of a credit or debit card will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The return may be made up to 10 days after your departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
