Welcome to the cozy Residence Moky with swimming pool and garage, in a quiet and central area, a little south of the old town of Lazise.
The holiday flat Moky D14 is a mezzanine flat and has been completely renovated and furnished in a comfortable and functional way.

In the bright living and dining room is the dining table with benches and the fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, microwave, German filter coffee machine, mocha, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment, and everything necessary to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks.
There is also a large new double sofa bed (140x200), a flat-screen SAT TV, a wardrobe with mirror, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and access with double French doors to the private terrace and the enclosed garden facing west. There is a garden table with chairs and a charcoal barbecue.
The large bedroom has a 160x190 double bed, a TV, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and access with double French doors to the rear garden, which faces east. The second bedroom has a sofa bed (single 80x190, folded out 140x190) and a large wardrobe with a safe. It is suitable for up to 6 people with the possibility for a small travel cot.
In the bathroom, there is a large shower, bidet, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine. A laundry rack, ironing board, and iron are available. All windows are equipped with shutters.

The flat is ideal because there is always sun when you want it, either at the front in the enclosed garden or in the garden at the back with two deckchairs and a small table with chairs. It is right next to the communal pool (12mx4m) which is open from june to september (depending on the weather), and it also has a parking space in the underground garage and two bicycles for free use.
The Residence Moky offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is very conveniently located, in only 15 minutes on foot you can reach the old town and the historic walls of the Castello Scaligero and also the popular beach of Lazise.

Check-out at 10 a.m.

Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax according to the municipality, per person, and per night (from 14 years old).
- Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00.

Optional extras on request (in cash on arrival):
- Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save on the final price. Advance booking required.
- Pets are welcome on request, + € 20.00 per pet for the entire stay.
- Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible upon request and availability. It can only be communicated two days before arrival/departure, additional costs will apply.

Great Lazise

Everything was as described in the reservation. Very nice place. Communication with the owner was easy. The town and beach are a 15-20-minute walk away.

Du Wohnung und die Lage waren gut. Es war sehr sauber und die küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele Geräte, Waschmaschine, Spühlmaschine, Espressokocher und andere haber super funktioniert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher empfehlen wir nur besser die eigenen mitzunehmen. Leider war warmes Wasser garnicht vorhanden.

Ein schöner Urlaub!

Da wir bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Anlage waren, wussten wir in etwa, was uns erwartet und haben alles so angetroffen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, da meist nicht alle Bewohner gleichzeitig dort sind. Die große Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung, großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank hat uns gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage kühlt beide Schlafzimmer ausreichend. Man merkt jedoch, dass die Wohnung oft bewohnt wird: Alle Stühle sind schon etwas wackelig, die Gartenliegen leicht angebrochen, und es haben sich einige Reste angesammelt (z.B. Duschgel, Kaffee, Salz etc.). Unseren mitgebrachten Elektrogrill konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da die Sicherung dies nicht zuließ. Dieses Jahr gibt es extrem viele Mücken, aber dafür kann natürlich niemand etwas (also nur ein Hinweis). Alles in allem haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub genossen!

Abbiamo affittato l’appartamento per passare il capodanno in compagnia. Appartamento abbastanza moderno ed attrezzato, molto pulito, unica pecca il riscaldamento che andava ma non riscaldava tutta la casa. La signora Rosella sempre reperibile e disponibile.

Hält nicht, was versprochen wird

Die Poolanlage ist sauber und in Ordnung, der Gesamtunterhaltungszustand des Appartements ist eher mäßig. Es gab Punkte zu reklamieren (Waschmaschine war kaputt, es fehlte ein Schlüssel), womit die Verwalterin sehr unprofessionell (ausfallend) umgegangen ist. Die angegebene Entfernung zum See trügt, da ein direkter Zugang durch die zahlreichen Campingplätze am See nicht möglich ist (geschlossenes Areal). Die Anlage ist - vor allem zum aufgerufenen Preis - nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Nette kleine Wohnung mit Tiefgarage und Pool

Gut ausgestattete zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit fehlender Liebe zum Detail. Die Betten sind hart und schmal vor allem im Wohnzimmer und in dem zweiten sehr schmalen Zimmer ist die Ausziehcouch keinesfalls für 2 Personen geeignet. Die Terrasse vorne ist leider durch die Wiese die nass war ein Schlammloch und wäre wohl mit Kies oder einem Pflaster besser nutzbar. Das Haus hat eine Tiefgarage und einen Gemeinschaftspool für die Wohnanlage und ist gut ausgestattet. TV nur Italienisch -deutsche Sender haben wir nicht gefunden. Die Mülltrennung ist strikt und man sollte sich die Abholregeln gut einprägen. WLAN gibt es und die freundliche Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar. Der Zugang zum See ist leider nicht durch die Campingplätze möglich und macht einen Umweg erforderlich aber der Weg zurück zum Haus lässt sich so abkürzen (wohl aber nicht ganz legal).

Kompliziert, nervig, aber die Lage war gut.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war durchweg kompliziert. Vor der Reise musste ich oft Wochen lang warten, bis ich eine Antwort auf meine Nachrichten bekam, welche ich grundsätzlich auf deutsch und Englisch verfasst habe. Die Antworten vielen sehr kurz aus, und halfen selten weiter. Man schrieb mir, ich solle eine Stunde vor meiner Ankunft anrufen. Das tat ich auch, erreichte jedoch niemanden. Erst zahlreiche Anrufe und 3 Stunden später erhielt ich dann die Information, dass der Wohnungsschlüssel bei der örtlichen Touristeninformation abgeholt werden kann. Sehr umständlich. Ich hatte die Wohnung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche gebucht, welche selbstverständlich NICHT bereitgelegt wurden. Erst am späten Abend und nach einer weiteren Zahlung von vielen € wurden uns Handtücher und Bettwäsche in die Hand gedrückt. Erst nach genauerer Betrachtung fiel auf, dass es sich fast Ausschließlich um Spannbettlaken hielt, so dass wir diese auch Als Decken benutzen mussten. In einem Schlafzimmer war der elektrische Rolladen kaputt und das Zimmer dauerhaft verdunkelt. Es war nicht möglich zu lüften, oder die hintere Terasse zu betreten. Am ersten Tag versicherte man uns, dass der Schaden am nächsten Tag behoben werden würde. Am 3 Tag kam dann jemand mit ganzen 2 Schraubenziehern einer kleinen Trittleiter in Pantoffeln angeschlumpft öffnete den Rolladenkasten, produzierte viel Schmutz, um uns eine halbe Stunde später erneut mitzuteilen, dass es "kaputt" ist. So standen wir dann mit dem offenen Rolladenkastem da, durch den haufenweise Spinnen ins Zimmer gelangten. In den folgenden Tagen kamen immer wieder "Handwerker" in die Wohnung, die offenbar einen eigenen Schlüssel hatten, denn einmal stand plötzlich jemand mit Schtaubenzier im Schlafzimmer, ohne dass ihm jemand die Tür geöffnet hat. Selbstverständlich war der Rolladen an unserem Abreisetag immer noch kaputt. Entgegen der Beschreibung handelt es sich in einem Der Schlafzimmer um etwa 1,8 m lange Stockbetten, kein Doppelbett. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Betten mit Tagesdecken abgedeckt, die so pervers gestunken haben, dass wir sie nichtmal auf der terasse vor der Wohnung lagern konnten. Auf der Terasse hätte es ein Stuhl mehr sein können, Der Pool war nichts besonderes aber erfüllte seinen Zweck. Die Lage in Lazise ist gut, ca 20 min zu fuß zum Stadtkern. Man hatte das Gefühl, von der Vermieterin nicht wirklich ernst genommen zu werden.

I found this apartment very nice, the Place is very confortable, with everything you need: a.c., washingmachine and wi/fi. Lazise is beautiful, you can spend a good vacations. Rosella Consolini is also a good employee. The flat is 800 meter from the seaside, so you can stay very quiete. I love It.

Great apartment not far from lazise centre & allattractions

Just returned from a 3 week holiday in lake garda we stayed 12 nights in this apartment which was perfect for myself , husband & two children . Short walk to lazise town centre & not far from attractions such as caneva & movie land . Nice & secure with a lovely communal pool ,the apartment had everything we needed. There was a bus stop at the bottom of the street which made everywhere very accessible, we loved lazise & thoroughly enjoyed our time at lake garda. Would highly recommend this apartment

Ligt op loopafstand Gardameer en Lazise, Goed uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes. Wel toeristisch, maar relatief rustige woonwijk. Voor jongeren voldoende opties om uit te gaan.

Schöner Urlaub

Der Pool war sehr sauber und war das Highlight der Wohnanlage. Mann hatte ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz wo das Auto sicher stand. Die auffahrt der Tiefgarage war allerdings sehr steil so das man aufpassen muss das man nicht mit dem Fahrzeug aufsetzt. Vor und hinter dem Haus sind jeweils ein kleiner Garten. Wir haben nur den hinteren benutzt weil man dort direkt am Pool war und somit auch immer die Kinder im Auge hatte. In der Wohnung war soweit alles vorhanden nur der Esstisch in der Wohnung ist sehr klein. Der Urlaub hat uns gut gefallen doch könnten die reinigungkräfte noch etwas besser reinigen. Es waren in manchen Ecken Spinnweben ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber. Es schade das es keine Auflagen für die Gartenmöbel gibt.

Appartement non conforme aux photos

Mauvais accueil de la part de Rosella qui ne nous a rien expliqué, ni montré. L'appartement n'est pas celui des photos. La télé très vieille avec télécommande qui ne marche pas, le robinet de la cuisine qui fuit sous l'évier, la chasse d'eau des WC qui fuit tout le temps, il manquait une paire de draps et l'avons eu que le lendemain sans excuse! Impression très désagréable, c'est la première fois depuis que nous voyageons! Heureusement, Lazise est charmant et la région est très belle. Avons quand même bien profité de notre séjour .

Schöne Wohnung

Die Anlage ist schön, sauber und für ital. Verhältnisse auch großzügig. Mit zwei kl. Gärten ist es sehr praktisch. Auf jede Seite wechseln sich Sonne und Schatten ab, so dass man immer beides genießen kann. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

UN INCUBO!!

Appartamento affittato per capodanno ma un giorno prima siamo stati dirottati al residence "barum"; risultato FUGGITI dopo 3 ore dall' arrivo: le stanze erano malamente ripulite ma la cosa incredibile è stato il FREDDO GLACIALE e l arroganza e la scortesia della responsabile del immobiliare che non è stata in grado di farci trovare un appartamento in condizioni civili. Il termosifone della sala era rotto e dopo aver malamente tentato di sistemarlo (presi i soldi) l abbiamo dovuta rincorrere per evitare di fare il cenone di capodanno in una casa a 10gradi. Un esperienza DA INCUBO!

A perfect and well equipped apartment

We have had a wonderful vacation in this apartment. Our two teenage children spent almost all week in the pool, making good friends with children from the neighbouring families. Inside it the apartment is well equipped and outside we really enjoyed both of the small gardens furnished with sunbeds and tables. Furthermore is was nice with parking in the basement, so we never had to start driving in a hot car. The apartment is situated approx. 1 km from lively Lazise, and that was perfect for us. We only experinced nice and helpful people around us, and we warmly recommend this apartment. Surely we plan to go back on vacation here.

Good : The location of the flat is very convenient - Lazise is close to Garda attractions. The old city is nice and full of romantic restaurants . Having spent a hectic week enjoying the sights of Rome and Venice, this apartment was just what we needed for a week to unwind and relax. Located just 15 mins walk from the centre of Lazise old town, and with everything you are likely to need, it was just ideal. Rosella made us feel welcome right from the time that we arrived and was really helpful; the apartment had just been newly refurbished with all new facilities and equipment, and there was a dedicated parking space in the garage underground. Days out include trips to Riva del Garda at the top of the lake, a boat trip to beautful Sirmione, and a wonderous hairpin road drive through the mountains on the west side of the lake. A further trip afield took us all the way up into the Dolemites as far as Cortina; our recommendation ... hire a car to ensure you can make the most of the local region (we used EuropCar in Desanzano). (Road from Peschiera del Garda up the east side of the lake likely to be very busy in the summer months - lots of campsites and holiday parks.) Trips to Mantova and Verona completed our stay. *** Highly recommended ***

"Nous rentrons d’un séjour d’une semaine à Lazise et sommes très satisfaits de la location, en tout point conforme à la description et aux photos.Appartement dans un groupe d’immeubles récents, bien sécurisé et avec garage.Le logement est confortable, spacieux, lumineux et dispose de deux jardinets , l’un devant la chambre et l’autre devant le séjour-cuisine où nous prenions nos repas. D’autre part, la literie est très confortable, lit large et matelas ferme.Tout est propre et neuf. La propriétaire, Rosella personnes très sympathiques et très sérieuses . Lazise, petite ville pittoresque, est très facile d’accès à pied. A recommander."
