1. The security staff at the gate were, in fact, notified of your pending arrival. Not sure why you experienced difficulties. 2. Pictures don't lie, the unit is exactly the size you viewed online. 3.The couch in the sunroom IS new & an improvement. 4. There is ample closet space and shelving- no need for cumbersome bureaus. 5. The TV in the walk in closet is a spare. It works fine. The beauty of a flat screen TV is that they take up very little space. 6. ALL the furnishing in the condo ARE the owners personal property. The spare dining room chairs are provided should a guest have company, the bike is there for your enjoyment as well as the inflatable paddle board. 7. There are no holes in either the pillowcases or sheets. Had you discovered one, you would have found brand new sheet sets in the spare closet by the small Christmas tree. 8. The gas grill was clean upon your arrival. It has barely been used since its purchase, but you are correct about the umbrella base. It needs replacement, the salt air corrodes things quickly, but it was entirely functional. 9. Very sorry about the AC. Things sometimes break down. 10. You are right about the location though, it really is great, as is the condo itself, clean & impeccably maintained.
