Etwas abgelegen aber wer Ruhe sucht ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die super nette Betreuung durch Pietro der jeden Tag auf einen Plausch vorbeischaut

Gîte confortable dans jolie propriété

Gîte très confortable. Ne manque que la climatisation en ces temps de fortes chaleurs. Literie très confortable. logement d’une grande propreté et bien équipée. Bel espace piscine, mais beaucoup de monde, notamment en fin d’après-midi (4 logements dans la propriété, dont un de 7 personnes). L’espace extérieur est agréable pour dîner mais manque un peu d’intimité. Magnifique région, nombreux sites à visiter.

Nature et tranquilité

Magnifique semaine passée à La Chintana. En pleine nature, calme absolu. Gîte confortable et grand. La piscine, un plus en rentrant des excursions ou pour lire paisiblement sur les chaises longues. Les propriétaires adorables et aux petits soins. Petit village à quelques km pour se ravitailler ou manger une pizza. Les plages sont plus loin mais pas trop. Lieu paisible hors des "hordes de touristes".

Paradiesischer Ort, absolute Ruhe

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 6 + 8 Jahr) waren Anfang September für vier Tage in La Chintana und waren rundum begeistert! Sehr schöne kleine Anlage in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage. Man sieht in der Ferne das Meer, die Lage in einem kleinen Tälchen sorgt für angenehme Geborgenheit und eine leichte Brise. Daher auch bei 30 Grad und einem eher feuchten Sommer angenehmes Klima und so gut wie keine Moskitos (im Gegensatz zu anderen Gegenden auf Sardinien im Sommer 2018...). Schöner, gepflegter Pool. Gut eingerichtetes Appartment, nachts absolute Ruhe. Sehr hilfsbereiter Verwalter! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Peaceful and well-kept

We stayed here for six days with our three kids. We arrived quite late in the night but Marco met up with us and guided us to the house. The house and garden including the pool area is perfect for that peaceful get-away-from-it-all feeling. The surrounding nature is amazing and the house and garden are extremely well-kept by Marco and his friendly parents. The house has everything you may need except for wifi access which is only available in a designated "internet area". You do need a car to get around, though. We went for a number of day trips to some of the many beaches in the area but really you find it hard to leave the house because it is so nice. The closest village is rather small but has some restaurants and a small supermarket. All in all, highly recommended!

Ein sehr freundliches älteres Ehepaar kümmert sich hier täglich um die top-in-Schuss-Anlage. Es gibt kein Handynetz, dafür aber ein gutes WLAN. Nett ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd - typisch italienisch. Schönes Bad, guter Grill, Sauberer Pool und zwei sehr schöne Strände (Stintino und Argentiera) sind innerhalb von 10 und 30 Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und Pool

Marco und seine Eltern sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die sich sehr um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert haben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben mit unseren beiden Jungs (6 und 7) die wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage eine Woche im August genossen. Herzlichen Dank auch für das tolle Dinner am Pool!

Ein toller Aufenthalt! - We had a really great time!

We loved our stay at La Chintana. The house was very clean and good equiped (especially the kitchen). Our children got eggs from the hens for their breakfast, and the garden around is lovely. All people are very helpful and friendly.

La Chintana is a stunning location perfectly attended by Marco, Pietro and "la Mamma". Specially mentions must be done to the general cleaning of the property, the swimming pool (an extremely peaceful place in a peaceful environment) and the individual BBQ, available for each house. It's a fantastic option for travelling with children and really close to Alghero or Stintino but far enough to enjoy the most relaxing holidays ever. We are also impressed by the Sardinia starry nights, usually forgotten in the city. We will return to La Chintana. Sure!

Relaxing second week on Sardinia

We had a relaxing second week on Sardinia, at this beautiful place Marco and his family has built up. The apartment was well equipped with necessary items for staying, cooking, relaxing etc, and if we had any questions or needs, Marco would immediately respond. The surrounding garden is beautiful, with areas to play and a henhouse with a rooster and chickens - we even got fresh eggs from Pietro one morning. It is highly necessary to have a car, as the nearest market to get basic food is quite a distance away (in Palmedula), and the restaurants are even further away. So this is a place to stay and home cook for dinner, or come back to at night after eating out. There is a nice barbeque to be used outside, that we tried sucessfully, and a takeaway pizzeria in Palmedula, for those dinners one choses not to make yourself. What we missed most, was a small country town in a walking distance, to get fresh bread in the morning, and eat out in at night. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The pool was nice and clean - the kids (11 and 15) liked it there, especially before and after some hours at the beach. Beautiful beaches to be found near Stintino and Alghero - by car (prepare to do some driving). At night, one can hear lots of animal sounds (mostly dogs, cats, chickens and crickets), so an advice for sensitive ears is to bring earplugs. I can definately recommend La Chintana as a calm, relaxing place to stay, with great hospitality from the Leoni family.

ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil und fabelhafte Gastgeber

Eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienanlage mir nur 4 Einheiten. Garten und Wohnungen sind mit sehr viel Liebe gepflegt. Wohnungen wie Außenanlagen sind großzügig und lassen an nichts zu wünschen übrig. Marco und Pietro sind wunderbare Gastgeber und jederzeit um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht.

Très beau séjour!

Marco et son père Pietro sont des hôtes parfaits, Pietro a pris le temps de nous faire découvrir les secrets de cette côte magnifique. La Chintana est idéalement située, au calme, dans un lieu magique. La Location est parfaite, très bien entretenue. Le jardin est superbe, mieux que sur les photos! Notre gîte était excellent pour de vraies vacances. La Chintana, grâce à Pietro et Marco est un lieu très charmant, recommandable, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Pietro, Giovanina et Marco ont un grand sens de l'accueil, toujours à l'écoute en cas de besoins. Nous avons goûté avec délices aux figues de son jardin, à son fromage et aux légumes du jardin. Les plages ne sont pas loin et accessibles rapidement par de belles routes. Nous aimions déjà la Sardaigne, nous l'aimons encore davantage! Un grand Merci à Marco et ses parents.

Des vacances extra à la Chintana !

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Marco et Pietro dans cette superbe location. Un vrai coin de paradis dans la campagne. La location est très agréable et la piscine super. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et sommes prêts à revenir pour de prochaines vacances. Pietro et Marco sont aux petits soins de leurs hôtes.

GREAT HOLIDAY

What a great week! We stayed in La Chintana A and we were surprised by the warmth, hospitality and helpfullness of Marco and Pietro. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. The swimming pool and the beautiful surroundings made us have a wonderful week. Definitely worth repeating. La Chintana is very recommendable for people who are averse to mass tourism. After a day trip in the surrounding La Chintana felt like coming home.

UN PICCOLO "PARADISO"

Ciao sono Cristina. Se cercate pace, tranquillità, ospitalità, collina, avventura, emozioni, veri odori, sapori e colori con il mare a pochi minuti dalla tenuta..: La Chintana è quello che fa' per Voi! La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato io ,mio marito e i nostri due figli è in stile country, molto pulita, accogliente ,spaziosa e con ogni comfort. Per non parlare della piscina e dello splendido parco che circonda il tutto. Pregevole l'accoglienza del titolare e della sua famiglia a cui ci si affeziona subito. Siamo stati benissimo! E' consigliata l'auto o la moto sia per raggiungere la Casa che per poi vedere e gustarsi le bellezze di una Sardegna diversa dai soliti rinomati posti turistici .Posizione ideale anche per raggiungere il golfo dell'Asinara e la costa del Corallo...Avrei tante altre cose belle e positive da scrivere sulla Chintana ma concludo dicendo : "PROVARE PER CREDERE"!. 100% soddisfatti! . Buon soggiorno ...Cristina e famiglia.

A relaxing holiday.

This is a lovely place to stay if you are looking to enjoy peaceful countryside with access to good beaches and coastline. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and barbeques in the grounds. Our reception was amazing - we got lost in the dark late at night and were found driving round the country lanes and rescued! Thank you for a great week!

Grand appartement dans un copropriété partagée, bien agencée pour ne pas être gêner par les voisins Très propre et fidèle au photos du site Accueil très sympathique avec un panier de spécialités, des tomates et les figues du jardin pendant la semaine Hôtes à disposition tous les jours en cas de besoin Piscine très agréable. Une semaine magnifique en Sardaigne

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique à la Chintana. En pleine campagne Sarde, au calme, cet endroit est un petit paradis. Les soirées en terrasse sont très agréables, la vue est belle et chaque appartement dispose de son propre barbecue. Le jardin avec piscine est splendide et spacieux, l'appartement dispose du confort nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous font goûter les délicieux produits de leur jardin : tomates, basilic.... Autour de la maison, on trouve très vite des plages de sable blanc incroyables et des paysages de rêve. Nous recommandons vivement ce bel endroit pour une semaine Sarde Famille Gutbub
