Lux Cottage


Surrounded by nature and in a remote spot, the Lux is one of our most new builds and is truly breath taking.

​The cottage has a very warm feeling to it when you enter from the main porchway. The bright colours and open feeling is matched with all the modern comforts, including underfloor heating, a bespoke German designer kitchen and two beautiful en-suite bedrooms.

​The Lux is spacious and bright throughout, the master bedroom enjoys a luxury king-size bed, stylish furnishings, a modern en-suite shower room and a Velux windows to the side of the bed to allow light to flood into the room.

​The second bedroom contains two lovely single beds and also enjoys the benefits of a modern en-suite and a Velux window.

​The main living area contains a beautiful, modern kitchen, dining area and a sumptuous sitting area with 50 inch, wall-mounted smart TV, the whole room is bathed in a lovely light from the Velux windows throughout giving a bright and cheery feeling to this delightful room.

French doors lead out to the spacious garden area with furniture, an ideal spot to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we are lucky to have in the Ribble Valley.

Wonderful new build. Hard to locate as we were looking for the street name and went by the gate about three times. Once in we didn’t want to leave. Very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Amazing Cottage

Probably the best property we've ever stayed in, everything provided was of high quality and great attention to detail on the furniture and fixings. For example, sockets at a good height in the bedroom with USB fixings. The shower rooms backed on to the other bedrooms but were so quiet not to disturb anyone in an adjoining room. The mattresses were great ! The owners were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home, even if just for a few days :)

Fantastic secure cottage and location. Was great for my 85 year old mum with higher toilet and smooth flooring. Could not fault it.

Beautiful.

We were only there for 2 nights, wished it would have been longer. Our cottage was beautiful, with everything you needed and more. We had contact with the owners, who were lovely. Would highly recommend these cottages.

Wet 3 days

The outside of the property belies the interior, which is deceptively spacious with matching furniture and neutral decor. Shower rooms excellent. Struggled with the oven and TV. Needed a degree in common sense. No information on Channel numbers and oven instructions didn't match the oven. Very quiet despite being close to main road.Only two cereal bowls. Dishwasher tablets would have been nice. Enjoyed our stay.

Property location quite but central to surrounding area site seeing. Cottage very comfortable and spacious. Too keep it in the luxury category could do with a review of kitchen utensils, Easier appliances information,Tv information and tourism information. Excellent property with excellent restaurants and golf courses all within 2 to 15 minute drive.

Three days in Shreyas Cottage

We, family of three, had a great stay. Cottage is wonderful and provides everything you might need. It was clean and is nicely decorated as in the pictures. It is very quiet but still easy to reach and to go to different sights and cities. We totally recommend the cottage and will come back.

Luxury bungalow

This property is everything you want and more! Luxury fittings throughout. It’s very quite and peaceful all around and is in a beautiful setting. You enter by a remote gated access so very secure too. The bungalow has a lovely outside are to sit and relax and watch the horses in the nearby fields also was lovely to catch the sunset as very lucky with the weather ! Overall a beautiful bungalow with lovely hosts and would highly recommend.

Hidden gem of superior quality

Absolutely stunning cottage. The high quality of furnishings and fixtures, beautifully presented, allowed us to have much need rest and relaxation. Everything is there. Absoslute credit to the super friendly hosts. There are three restaurants on the doorstep (literally) The surrounding area is beautiful and we can’t wait to return and explore some more.
