Enjoy a dream holiday in our beautiful flat located in a quiet residence in Roses. Although we are only 1.5 km from the beach, the accommodation offers an atmosphere of total relaxation thanks to the large 30 m² private terraceand access to the communal swimming pool(open from 1 June to 30 September).

This ground floor flat has direct access to the street and is perfect for those seeking comfort, peace and outdoor space. The location is ideal for getting around on foot or by bicycle.

Mooi uitzicht en locatie, te weinig parking

Over het algemeen zijn we tevreden van het appartement.Mooi uitzicht en goed gelegen.Een groot minpunt is echter de parking, deze is niet voorzien op het aantal appartementen waardoor wij de wagen een aantal dagen buiten de afgesloten parking hebben moeten parkeren. Helaas is er vlak voor vertrek dan nog ingebroken in onze wagen.

Si vous aimez le bruit à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur c’est fait pour vous. Pas de parking pour chaque appartement. 20 places de parking pour 120 appartements et une vrai galère au stationnement.

Séjour parfait !

Appartement conforme à sa description. Il ne manquait rien en équipement vraiment très bien pensé. Une vue exceptionnelle de toutes les pièces dont on peut profiter grâce au très bel extérieur et ses nombreuses grandes ouvertures. Un parking en basse saison. Merci à Raquel pour son accueil très chaleureux, sa disponibilité.

Wohnung und Aussicht waren sehr schön, die Agentur hat sehr schnell auf Probleme reagiert und diese sofort behoben. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Séjour parfait.

Vue exceptionnelle sur la plage et la baie de Rosas, appartement tres bien agencé et fonctionnel. Très bon accueil de Rachel. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et reviendrons certainement.
